The bed was too soft.

We stayed the night before boarding the Spirit of Tasmania. Room had all the facilities we needed and was within walking distance to the main street & esplanade. Had secure parking (beware if you have a lowered car through as it will absolutely scrape and you can't drive in on an angle - there is free parking at the front though if you don't need secured parking) There was a funny smell in our room - I think someone before us may have been cooking something smelly and the smell hung around. The hairdryer low setting didn't work. The kettle 'on/off' switch was broken.

No breakfast. Location very good. My second four night stay and think the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful immediately a request was made. Have already recommended to traveling friends abd when I am home again in OZ and coming to Geelong, you will welcome me again. THANK YOU. Lots of Feathers sticking out of sofa pillows that need to be pulled as it makes the sofa look messy and untidy. I am an Interior Designer and pulled most out myself while watching TV.

Awesome staff. Location great. Clean property.. Easy parking Bed was horrible. You could see from the side that it was sagging about 4 inches and unless you would roll to the side. Touch lamp was broken and needed to be unplugged as kept turning on in the night. Dog fee of $102 was very steep for 1 night.

Clean Quiet central cheap

Newly renovated apartment which provided an amazing nights sleep. Bed was very, very comfortable. Close to Spirit of Tassie terminal (which was our primary reason for choosing), but pleasantly surprised by the welcoming feel to the unit which was spacious with all the amenities. Some car park spaces are a bit tight!

Great space for family use. Location for purpose was great, easy walking distance to CBD etc. Amenities were awesome. Traffic noise from busy highway at back of property was excessive at times (I expect there is little that can be done to overcome this - but would advised guests of this).

Location was good, an easy walk to the town centre. The apartment was a great size for three/four people. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. There were detergent wrappers on the floor in the laundry and peanuts and food between the cushions on the sofa, which were immediately obvious as soon as you sat down.

Lots of free street parking (we stayed over the weekend). Friendly staff who were able to accommodate an early check-in for us. This was really handy. Nothing. The property was close to the water but not overlooking it. I realise that this was why it was a little cheaper compared to water facing properties, but.... Other than that, there was nothing to dislike in the short one-night stay.

I liked the size of the room and openness. Housekeeping wasn't great. Items from previous visitor were still in the room and they forgot to replenish toilet paper even after we asked.

The location was quiet and close to the esplanade to walk along. Not far form the city centre so easy walk to there as well Nothing ... all very comfortabel

Very nice accommodation but walls etc were getting very marked. Cleanliness could have been better but comfy beds and good location. I thought the cleanliness could have been better.

the TV didn't work. There was no milk in the fridge.The sky light curtains were damaged.
