The hotel is nicely decorated with nice view from room. The balcony is a plus. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The bed and the pillows are way too soft, making it less comfortable

The food on offer onlbeit on an limited menu was excellent. Wine selection was good and not overpriced. Staff in the restaurent and bar were first class. Friendly and knowledgeable. We were disappointed with the room and its size however considering the length of time we spent in the room the complaint on size could be tempered. There were areas of detail in common areas such as lifts etc that missed the duster or cleaners attention. Finally my partner would have liked an icecream following dinner to be told," hotel did not do ice cream."

Beautiful setting. Quaint nature retreat. Use of pool & sauna were not disclosed as an additional fee when booking.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by nature. Perfect for relaxing. We had not booked breakfast or dinner in the hotel, but we would have appreaciated an explanaition on how it worked and whether we had the option to change our minds. There is a sign at the door mentioning the restaurant is only for hotel guests but there was no mention on opening times and whether we could book a table or simply enjoy a drink at the bar. There was also no explanation on how the spa works or whether we could book a slot. Maybe we should have asked.

We arrived and were sent to our room even though it hadn’t been cleaned after previous guests - so we had to find a messy room that had sweet wrappers and condoms lying around. The staff weren’t very friendly and told us that if we wanted breakfast we‘d need to tell them immediately, only to then say that all breakfasts had already been booked out. This is not what I expect when paying 160€ for a night. There was also no phone coverage in the hotel room so I was unable to make or receive any calls.
