Convenient to find food The receptionist was very poor service don't ask too many questions her face will be dark. The room was dirty when I entered I saw a lot of hair on the floor and the bed was dirty me & my friends couldn't sleep because we itchy all over the night. Next morning I saw room service doing he cleaning so I tell him change the bad sheets WHO knew he wasn't change for me! He ask me to inform the receptionist when I asked the receptionist she command me to ask back the room service they kicked me around like a ball !! I booked two rooms, one for 3 persons and one for 2 persons. The 3 persons room is so narrow that they crammed in a single bed into it, it's impossible to put suitcases and can't move around. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Penang and never give me satisfied from start to finish. I promise would comeback again!

The hotel is very good, excellent location, comfy bed, friendly stuff. Kept my laptop safe on the reception while I was exploring the city. No night club/karaoke/other noise around that would disturb my sleep (was staying there on the weekend), which is quite valuable. All in all it was clean in the room, but there were some hair on the floor. Also there were no window, but after all at was a budget option, so, no complaints.

Location is near food stall and shopping center for walking. Room not really sound proof and quite noise even after 11.00pm (children scream) and parking quite less.
