Nothing,instead I regret for choosing this hotel for my family vacation Very old hotel that was refurbished Facilities were either broken or defunct Aircond is not functional with thick dust and the room is very hot Bath tub is broken No hot water,my kids showered in cold water

After a heaving rain, hotel was out of power about 10 hours. It was fitted problem.

Front desk man 24 hours a day it was great English speakers. Every single member of the staff is unbelievably friendly. Air conditioning and fresh room didn't work well but they immediately offered us to a new room even though we checked in after 11:00 p.m.. so this is actually more of a like than a dislike.

The staff was hospitable, and when we forgot my sister's ring, they helped us find it. The room was very spacious. The location is absolutely great! The WiFi was slow. The bathroom didn't have towels, so we had to request them. The soap was not replaced. The lighting in the room is too dim.

Nothing except for the receptionist who was quite sympathetic to my condition Everything! The hotel is being refurbished at a very poor taste at that. The rooms reeked of paint smell that potentially could trigger asthma, the walls were moldy, carpets were old and smelled like dirty socks, the bathtub in the room creaked when I stepped on it and was covered in mold one side as well. Despite numerous complaints, the managers did not bother to fix the issues and left the poor receptionist to handle the matter. No one contacted me to apologize as well

Bad and old facility, water was very soft and bathtub water never been filled in, it's leaking. Noisy environment and window was old and no sounds proofs. Air conrd was bad and weak, sweating whole night until another room changed, slightly better but the air con come out bad smell, humility smell. Never go back to this hotel again, feel cheated by the photo.

The location is excellent. As it's main road of George Town. Most important excess to food. And all transportation. Room was large and quite as it was a high floor. May be if bfast was available would be great and the coffee house was functioning..
