1. Clean and comfortable room. 2. Strategy location. The outdoor wooden fence of the small garden room has broken and is damaged.

The deluxe room was excellent, and we had two bedrooms, one downstairs and up. They were large beds and the bedding was cozy! The beds are a little hard but nice. The shower didn’t have a lot pressure but did the job.

Good location neat & clean very close to the shopping mall and famous streets I extended my stay and request them that I would like to stay in the same room . I did not get the same room also the room which was assigned for the next night was not good as the last room was . Huge difference Which made me really upset .

I stayed in a lot of plaza hotels during our stay in Georgetown, my last day was in the Carnarvon. I felt like home. Decoration was nice. Staff was so calm and warm. They were very helpful, I really like the atmosphere. I found my second home.

Noise from property fan on 1st night. Anyway, staff turn off immediately once we feedbacked.

The room was cute and was a decent size. The small patio was nice. Most importantly, the suite was in the old town which made everything accessible; there was even a CAT bus stop to and from the ferry for free! This has nothing to do with the property, but more the street food. Please know that in order to sit at a table, you need to buy a drink. I would recommend Kimberly Street food which is just behind the hotel. They were way more respectful than the main one people go to. Everything was really within walking distance.

Deco is nice. Location is ok. Rats found in 1 of my friend’s room. Another room has a weird drainage smell. Night shift staff attitude is terrible when problem arises. My room is super noisy. Loud traffic noises throughout day and night, can’t sleep at all. My friend also got asthma attack when padding down the pillows etc. we all checked out early.

Nothing! I guess the only thing that would make it even better would be a nice common area, because we stayed there with friends (another family). But it wasn’t a big deal because the rooms were big enough to hang out anyway!

2- The hotel decoration is extremely unique, I like it and consider it one of the best stays ever. 3- Bed is comfy, water dispenser is available, AC is good, everything you may need is at hand. Nothing, maybe you should consider adding a bigger label for the hotel?

The location is unbeatable, very close to most attractions yet in a calm street (despite there's quite some traffic). The room was very comfortable up to the Western standards, and the lady at the reception was extremely kind even when our children caused some trouble. Nothing
