AC in the room doesn’t work… couldn’t sleep for two nights because it was too hot. Not even a cup in the kitchen

-I made a mistake in double bookings from different site unknowingly. Since I don’t noticed the confirmation, I tried to make it in another platform as I am in rush trying to get a place to stay at my last minute before a flight to Penang. As soon as I realized the case of same place, same date booking and same guests to check in. I tried contacting them to ask for a waiver on canceling one of this or at least move one of the booking but no response and later they refused to help mentioning a strict policy is applied. -cleanliness wise, the place is not very clean as I see rats running around behind the reception and the room and bed I got assigned to is not really clean, I found some trash on the storage box and trash under the bed, even leftover food and a container near the window in dorm room. I know it’s a little thing but to keep it clean before the guest is also important.

1 day after booking I realized I booked it 1 day before what I intended. I tried messaging them, no response. Finally, I called when she messaged me on WhatsApp the day it was booked. Refused to help even though neither dates were fully booked. Greedy people.

Service Staffs are helpful Location are very convenient for local foods And transportation no issue, Reception Counter and living hall are humid, no doubts they're 2 ceiling fan.. theirs 2 units of Aircon are not on...

I was very disappointed with 2 things that happened in the hostel. First: my room was close to the bathrooms with strong smelly odor, the staff said they were cleaning but it didn't change. Everytime I open the door the odor was Terrible. Second: I needed to leave the hostel but my girlfriend stayed one more night and the receptionist tried to harassing her knocking her door, saying that he would pay one more night for her to stay, saying that " he wouldn't give the deposit back if she leaves the hostel and calling her "bad" because she was leaving. She was trying to enjoy her time resting and the guy kept knocking her door.
