Room is a bit dark, especially bathroom with no light at the sink. We didn't have hotel breakfast. Location is excellent and there are lots of vendors and food selections. Lack of lightings.

Nothing much tho location is not heart of Georgetown . The elevator only 2 and can only squeeze 2 pax with luggage + 1 child or 2 adults with wheelchair very tight . The room we booked is a 3 person room and bathroom are not walk in but need to step up steep step not convenient if you have elderly or very young children. Bathroom dimly litted and kind small. So wheel chair can't go in for helping those need to shower . Aircon really strong on one side of the room and basic . Don't expect much if u are choosing and floor carpeted are the thin types and looks aged

If the other room is noisy, you could hear it on your side so keep that in mind, overall it's a good hotel. There are lots of options of food near the hotel Nothing except the room noise dampener, could be slightly more silent but its alright for couple of days. And also the Air Conditioner can't set it high to higher temp, it remains almost the same temp.

Spacious room, decent decor. Staff were relatively friendly and promptly helpful. Location was in the middle of town, good for walking about. Cute little pool on 1st floor that can be used if staying for longer. Air-conditioning not working, had to sleep in underwear. Room services called to repair, they changed the filter but the room still did not feel cold, was stuffy throughout the night. Suggest checking all the rooms first before opening them up for guests.

I like the bed. It's very soft. When I sleep on the bed. My skin suddenly feels itchy. Small red bumps begin to appear. I think there's bed bugs.. You should really check the bed.

On the last morning of our stay, we were woken up by a knock on the door. I believe it was the hotel maintenance man, who could hardly speak English. He entered the room and climbed a ladder to turn on the electricity. It was quite an unusual experience because I was still groggy from sleep when I opened the door to a stranger sent by the hotel, without any prior notice. The hotel could have easily called us, as they had both our room phone number and my WhatsApp number.

I feel cheated by the Booking.com and Travelodge hotel. The hotel didn't have hot water for my shower. I didn't have a proper bath for 3 days, from check in until check out. I am angry, frustrated, uncomfortable and my body smell bad. I wanted Booking.com to compensate me for the amount rm400 for overcharging me with this bad hotel. This hotel is not worth the money rm832+ I paid for. Please compensate me per my request. Thanks Tan The hotel didn't have hot water for my hot water shower which I needed. After more than 3 times of complaining to the staff, nothing improved.

Overall is good.. friendly muslim to stay ya.. ?? my little girl love the pool.. Just a parking.. but it's ok.. just call a grab if you want go anywhere.. ??

The staff is friendly. The location is near to main attractions. Parking just in front of the hotel which is very convenient. None. Everything’s fine.
