No room cleaning, no wifi (0.5 mbit) be ready for that.

Location is very good. Friendly staff. Bathroom was also ok. The room was dusty. Hair on the floor. The drains were not working anywhere: the sink, the toilet, and the shower drain. The AC was noisy. The elevator was broken and very loud; it kept opening and closing for no reason all night. Old, torn towels.

The idea of the design of the rooms was nice, but that was it The rooms were very small. There was no place to put the luggage or the clothes the toilet and the shower made strange sound when you turn them on. No water pressure in the third floor . I don’t know what the flush can do. there were stains on the wall, and the pillows were dirty. The bed was very hard, no fridge you can hear “everything” from the neighbors. We left the hotel on the same day .

Good location and friendly staff pics are different…in real life it’s just a cheap thing with fake plants and no windows in the room. I think 28$ per night it’s expensive for a place like that

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The cleanliness of the room was okay—not spotless, but nothing too concerning either. The amenities provided were adequate, meeting basic expectations without anything particularly outstanding. The staff was a mixed experience; some were friendly and helpful, while others seemed indifferent or not very welcoming. This inconsistency made the service feel hit-or-miss. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to get around and access different places without hassle. Whether you're here for work or leisure, the location is a definite plus. Overall, it's a reasonable place to stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in customer service. The biggest downside was the smell. Unfortunately, smells from outside—like cigarette smoke and cooking odors—easily made their way into the room. It was quite unpleasant and affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The place is strategic and near with the place I want to visit. I was lucky and got parking instantly when we are there but the parking is empty at night. The hotel does look nice. The Hotel focus more on aesthetics rather than practicality. Not to mention the room is small, they also don’t have place to hang your clothes, so the room will feel tighter once you unpacked. The toilet in the standard room I checked in was dirty. There are a lot of things that I was unsatisfied but can be forgiven. Then as soon as I saw the toilet bowl, I want to run away ASAP. That’s my limit. We were offered to upgrade to different room for a night but have move back to our original room as soon as they done cleaning it. The new room is cleaner but I faced with different issues. The pebbles beside the bath tub is a safety hazard and annoying to walk through when you want to quickly go to the toilet at night. They are also not enough Ceilings lights, I can barely see my face in the mirror. They should place lights near the mirror. The bathroom floor drain is clogged, and the water is pooling, which is quite disgusting. The soundproofing also quite poor, I can hear a lot of noise from other room when walking through the corridor. It feels like I’m hearing something I’m not supposed to. If your room is facing the front of the hotel, you will enjoy the loud music from the neighbour shop at night which will disturb your sleep. I don’t understand why they are using cloth curtain as a door for the bathroom. The bottom part of the cloth is always wet since it near the shower. I doubt the management will replace the curtains for every guest, so it is disgusting when the wet part of the curtain touches your feet.
