Excellent staff The aircon is blowing directly onto the beds.

Overall everything was good . Good size room, clean . Hotel location was good , nearby lots of hawker food stall. Disappointed that they did not provide a mini fridge. Towel provided was thin.

Poor soundproofing of the room

No fridge in room. Ac were not working, staff is responsive to change a new room for me. Top level rooms facing west is very warm.

1. Comfortable beds 2. Location is close to sites, but not in the middle 1. The room is dirty. A lot of dust everywhere - on the shelves, inside the air conditioner, under the bed, on the wall. I attach the photos. A lot of mold in toilet. The 3 star hotel should maintain cleanliness and such situation is not acceptable. 2. The curtains are torn. 3. They don’t have any adapter for sockets. It’s very strange considering that they have tourists from different countries. After checking in I spent 1 hour to find and buy an adapter. Finally an adapter is suitable only for 1 socket. And another sockets near the bed don’t work at all that is not convenient when you charge your phone lying in the bed. 4. A lot of noise from streets outside the hotel. They don’t have a sound proof. At night every 5 minutes someone slams doors. And I heard neighbors above it they were cleaners who cleaned rooms every night. 5. They take additional charges for everything. The booking com itself takes additional taxes and the final price is not the same (they write the real price using small letters). And then the hotel on the reception takes tourist taxes. Also they take deposit 50 ringgit. Also they take 10 Ringgit- I don’t know what is it. 6. Despite of the stuff told me they are fully booked there were a lot of free rooms on booking as well as for other nearby hotels. 7. Finally this hotel does not meet 3 stars.

Nothing we don't like. Will come back again for sure.

Had some yellow stains on the blanket. Only realised it in the next morning. Can hear people walking outside.

They had no Breakfast... location was good They should have put more people for room cleaning,so that they can accommodate the guests earlier

- Convenient location for getting to/from the ferry terminal and visiting the city’s main attractions. - Spacious room with bright interiors and large windows letting in plenty of natural light. - Smart TV where I could stream more views for my cat’s YouTube channel. - The Wi-Fi connected but there was no internet access on our first night, so the smart TV was out of service as well. - The room card was a little tricky, although the lady at the front desk kindly gave me the physical key, getting in and out still took a bit more patience than usual.

Check-in was super easy, no waiting. Private car park is just in front with many parking bays, spacious and even with three EV charging stations. Room was clean and tidy. Hair dryer, fridge, TV all working well. Room lights were comfortable and multi-switch. CYC is within walking distance to Cecil wet market on one side and to Georgetown center on another side. Cecil wet market was great with good hawker's food, good milk coffee and milk tea, charcoal fried kuey teow, duck noodle soup, nyonya kuih etc etc. Not to forget the Chinese BBQ delicacies, crispy and traditional. Then walking to Georgetown center, we had street-side fried meehoon, fried popiah and red bean soup just on the next street from CYC hotel; popiah was so good, no wonder locals were lining up to buy. This is our second time staying at CYC, we will surely come again.

Clean and fresh smell

It was clean and you were able to demand cleaning services for your room everyday. The staff was very nice and you got everything you needed for a great price.
