We have to request for things ie we were only provided with 2 house slippers whereas there are 6 of us, we have to request for our room to be cleaned, replanish toiletries, etc, no mirrors (a bit difficult especially we have 6 pax sharing 2 bathrooms with mirrors) and no wardrobes in all rooms.

Location, clean and new. Car park, room size, no central AC and the unit AC is not cold like what a hotel room should be. The bathroom in the room is super hot and the water pressure is so … not good.

Please do not get fooled by the so-called 4-star rating. The only thing about this hotel that resembles four stars is the price they shamelessly charge. Everything else is an absolute disaster. Let me be very clear: this is not about the money. I travel around the world and have paid far more for late checkouts in European countries. The 125 MYR charge itself is reasonable by international standards. What is not acceptable is the lack of transparency. They mention late checkout on the card but conveniently do not disclose the charge upfront. You only find out at checkout, when it’s too late. People could have chosen to do something else go out for lunch, wait at a café, or plan their day differently if they were informed honestly. This is misleading and unprofessional. The staff are clearly untrained and clueless. The rooms are badly designed who installs a split AC that blows directly onto your face while you’re sleeping? Zero thought, zero comfort. Cleanliness is a joke. The bed linen was dirty, with hair in the bed. Completely unacceptable and frankly disgusting. There is no in-room dining, no basic service, nothing you would expect from a hotel claiming four stars. To make things worse, there were mosquitoes in the room. When I called the hotel at 2 AM, the response was a casual “Yes, there are mosquitoes,” as if this is a standard amenity. They sent someone 35 minutes later with a spray. Unreal. When I asked to speak to the hotel manager, I was told he was “on leave.” No alternative, no escalation, no accountability. Apparently, this “4-star” hotel runs just fine without a manager. This place is overpriced, poorly managed, dirty, uncomfortable, and misleading. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

the condition of the property is still very new and well designed The Cleanliness, the Housekeeping Team should do better work, cleaning procedure can be done better. Change of bedsheet, wash the toilet bowl, floor is not sweep cleanly/ properly, looks like doing everything fast but not really clean. I think the standard of the floor cleaning (esp with such a big room/ property) should be using Vacuum cleaner instead of normal broom.

Nothing much .. everything was just perfect for me..

It's new, the location is good. The room is clean, bed and pillow very comfortable, and nice big TV. Need to keep going back to the front desk to validate the parking even they asked for car number during check-in. And there is no cover to wait when retrieving the car, imaging how troublesome if it rain. As for the room, a safe is provided in room but it WAS NOT BOLT DOWN, means some one can just carry the whole safe away! The shower was slightly small, it might not suitable for bigger people. The mini fridge provided will switch off when the keycard is not in the keyslot, means that cant really keep anything cold if we are not in the room. There’s a large gap between the blackout curtain and the wall, so light still comes through, which defeats the purpose of having a blackout curtain. It will be nice to have a clothes rack wall hanger to hang our shirts, the stand just does not do it. No charging station for EV car.

Clean n comfort The location and the room little bit small

The staff all is friendly. I dont like the car park system, too troublesome. Only SUV or MPV allow to park down there.

Location and cleanliness are the best. Very clean and tidy. I checked in on Saturday afternoon around at 17:00pm, and there was only one staff receptionist serving/on duty, while there were a lot of hotel guests checking in at that time, so the waiting time for check-in was almost one and a half hours. Needs improvement, lack of staff.

No restaurant inside hotel

Cleaner staffs in out passing by the room a bit noisy and annoying. Hope can improve sound proof insulation .

It is of a fancy design (the rooms interior is luxury looking). The bathroom is reasonably spacious and quite high tech - takes some time to learn about the features Waiting for the car, especially in the elevated parking lot takes a long time, and one of the parking garages (A) is malfunctioning

Everything ok, no coment

Staff are very nice and polite. Facilities and amenities are good and more than enough. Swimming pool has a great view. Price is worthy. Even got a welcoming gift from hotel when I checked out, what a surprise! Not located at the central George Town area. Bathroom shower was very poor, either too hot or too cold, very low water pressure.
