Noisy.

Cool mix of a location. Near the mall and walking distance to the old town. Staff was nice and helped us out when we arrived early to store some bags. Very nice. Nothing

This was a very quiet and clean place. The room was a nice size and the location was excellent. Staff responded to my WhatsApp messages very promptly. Overall I was really pleased!! There is no shower curtain so when you shower the floor and the toilet gets wet. Also if you don’t close the toilet door the whole room stinks like sewage.

There's no reception, so you need to wait for a staff member to come to the hotel entrance to open the door and give you the keys. Everything is organised by WhatsApp, which could make the process harder, especially if you don't have internet.

I loved the location and the clean room Nothing about the property but there were some rooms that people smoked in which came into my room

Pretty room. Bed was ok. Had elevators. Staff was pretty well impossible to find. It was a real challenge crossing the streets to get to the mall.

Nothing Nothing staff no maintenance. Shelf in bathroom hanging off wall, no bidet sprayer,air conditioning remote didn’t work. Also no safe or refrigerator in room. Not worth the tariffs paid.

Really convenient location to get attractions and local food. The staff are nice and friendly, they respond to requests very quickly.

i like the most on the self check-in style. very easy. second is the room. clean, tidy thus make us comfortable. my room view is facing komtar and can see the dinosaur, so this is for my kids. also there is lift available. parking spot. no parking available. you just can park wherever there is spare around the hotel. if you lucky, then can get the parking beside hotel.

Don’t ever give them a chance they will spam you When I reached the hotel the owner asked me to go find other hotel as they are fully booked. After 2 hrs of arguing I told him I will call the police. Then after he heard police he found immediately a solution giving me other room in 30 min away hotel. And next day asked me to check out and go back to this hotel and all my vacation was 2 days which I spend checking in and checking out.

Good location. Good lighting. Need to pay cleaning fee even i alreaedy paid cleaning fee in booking.com; so dissapointed. Imagine no cleaning for 5 nights. BAD WIFI CONNECTION! Please upgrade your wifi connection.

Parking own risk

Very professional, friendly and available all throughout the trip. Off the beaten track but still close enough to walk to main sites in Georgetown. Very close to bus station if you are going to the national park/Penang hill. Good for travelers doing a mix of city and nature activities. Comfortable bed.

-Very clean comfortable room, the sheets and bed were comfortable -Bathroom very clean and well maintaned -Fast wifi and although the smart tv required restarting a couple of times it worked fine after that. -Received checked in instruction very late. I was supposed to check in on thursday but the staff only contacted me on wednesday at 11 pm. And when i arrived, i could not unlock the locker box but i was lucky there was a staff there coincidently to unlock it with keys. - No parking -Very loud music because you are right next to a restaurant that closes at 2 am.
