The location is good, right on the street, so it's very noisy when you're sitting there with a cup of coffee or tea. Bed bugs — I was badly bitten and saw them in the bed. Unprofessional, rude service (it's quite rare to see such terrible service).

There is no lift. So, if you are staying upstairs,you need to walk up the stairs. However, it is understandable for a budget hostel.

the cleaning staff were very rude and they just want you to get out as soon as possible, he throw away my bottle of water without asking first, the mixed dorm were super small so beds were very tight and close to each other

Room had only 4 beds; I requested and received a lower berth. Strong ac in the room. A nice lockable compartment right above the bed, plus some shelves; hooks in the room for hanging clothes. A limited but adequate free breakfast. Staff were super nice and helpful. Location perfect for exploring the old quarter. Showers a little funky but no big deal really.

The bed was comfy, the curtains darken the bed pretty good, the location is ideal, the toilet never runs out of toilet paper, there are hair dryers to dry your hair and even your clothes The sitting area is right at the main street so it's noisy, I put two cans of carlsberg in the fridge, someone took them, the night staff couldn't care less, the guy in the bed above me put his wet laundry in the room and it stank the whole room, but there was an air purifier in the room and the morning staff lady helped though and sprayed some air freshener

Location, Many options for food around. Everything nearby walking 5-15 minutes, Breakfast was just ok but enough. Cats but they was nice cats. Staff was good & polite. Komtar Bus terminal, 15 minutes easy walk. Budget traveler, solo traveler best option for them. I stay there 04-07/12 3 nights or 4 days. But they doesn’t change bad sheets. Towels can change everyday. And there was in my room a person disturb all night and day bad number B, he switch off fans, air-con, even room air purifier also. All night, afternoon disturb. Go out never close door. Cough all nights. But it’s not fault of Property.

Its an old heritage’s property wonderful experience. It was raining outside we could hear the sound we really enjoyed the stay
