Great location, good value for money. Visitors should know that it’s basically a flat with some rooms and shared toilet. It’s not modern and that clean but the owner/in charge person was good in handling stuff. Also, no reception, uses PIN number.

The room is spacious. Provided table n chair n also a mirror, brilliant. Aircond working well. Sharing the bathroom, it reminds me of the old days.

The location is brilliant for those going to USM Penang for their convocation - walking distance to the convocation hall. The shoe racks outside were very dusty (no shoes allowed inside USM Designer Dwell)

Its quite place No room service was found, if i wanted to take the trash by myself there is no trash bags available

Nothing. The toilet was very dirty. 15mins only allowed for use of toilet. False marketing on your website showing view of the sea etc... it was actually just a huge poster on the wall. The rating of 8.4 was totally misleading and a definitely a con.
