Liakada Hotel

I liked the kindness and willingness of the host to solve any problem. The room is spacious and clean, also the balcony is quite big. I have nothing to complain about

The hotel is close to the beach, very clean, nice and cosy. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. The hotel is very close to teverns, bakery and super market. Great place and we had wonderful vacation there. Don't miss the place when you visit Gerakini.

The room was cleaned perfectly daily and the towels were changed daily as well. All in all, I would recommend it 100%! Literally nothing!

+ friendly Hotel owner and stuff + close to the beach + every day is cleaned, towels changed + close to a supermarket, restaurants + every room has a balcony with laundry hanger to drying wet laundry - we got a bathroom with a shower curtain, it always stick on you - at first glace it is clean, but behind the sink or the toilet there was unfortunately increased dirt accumulated through the years - the bed and the pillows were not really comfortable, but they did their job

The hosts were very nice. The location is good The hotel is close to the main Road, so its noisy almost all the time. During the night you should close all windows. There are so many wasps outside which bother us when we want to eat outside.

The location was ok, the village is small, anyway, so everything is close by. The room was very nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast was cheap. The beds were new and comfy. The staff was amazing. The management/owners were welcoming and mostly pleasant. They answered questions and gave advice about shoppint, etc. There is a small children playground within the hotel. The beach, restaurants and bars are near by. Location is ok, but at a crossroad that adds to the traffic noise. But it was mostly quiet. One has to walk via an arguably unsafe road with no sidewalk to get to the beach. The breakfast was mostly based on sweet/sugary spreads (honey, marmalade/jam) and butter + 1 boiled egg or a few slices of low quality ham and yellow cheese. But the price of breakfast was low, to compensate for it. Even though the booking.com description clearly stated that "guests can also have lunch at Liakada's restaurant" we were very unpleasantly surprised to learn from the management that the restaurant won't be open during our stay. The owner said that he decided to close it. It was open the previous weeks, apparently. Even when we pointed to the description on booking.com, he neglected it and gave lame excuse. But he was nice in his "I'm always right" attitude. The place used no "do not disturb" signs, so we were disturbed by the cleaning staff knocking on the door often. But they were very nice. Suggestion: Before booking, do check if the restaurant is open at all. If I knew it had been closed, I wouldn't have booked this place. So we were stuck and had to figure out our lunch options. Our room had no kitchen, so pricey restaurants were our only option.

Comfortable rooms, kind and efficient staff, good location in the proximity of public beach and shops.
