Caldera Creta Paradise

It is not so clean , I found a lot of hair in shower. In the room there was a smell uncomfortable.

Great food, room, beach. I didn't like that there wasn't good sports facilities for adults. There is a tennis court for those who play tennis. That takes so much space, for occasionally 2 people playing ... the gym was symbolic (I had to sneak into Crete Beach's gym which is better) and no outdoor exercise equipment. It would be great, if there was some sort of small and simple outdoors gym. Would need 5 square meters.

Everything Nothing

Everything was perfect. the kids loved the water park, we loved the food, the pools were very nice as well. The room too, spacious and clean. The shared pool had too much chlore (but I can understand why). We also like very much the night events. Not much to do in waliking distance :) But was not a problem as we didn't want to leave the hotel :)

Very nice room and service

Staff was very receptive and great. Beach is quite nice around the location. The food and drinks were meh. While there was a good variety, the quality is definitely below the price tag of the hotel. You can find much better in other locations.

Friendly staff and tennis court available! The food at breakfast is clearly from the day (or 2 days?) before. You can fuel up your car with their orange juice and oil the motor with the bar tap beer (the worst we tried during our whole stay in lovely Greece). We booked a family suite and had only one bed ready when we arrived, the bathroom was not clean everywhere (not to mention the design and decoration that is outdated, as are the equipments in general in the hotel). The private pools were not cleaned nor heaten anymore, which was not mentioned on booking (one can understand the main one is closed in November, but why the small ones?). For this price you can find muchhh better elsewhere

Location, quietness, homely and a feel of staying home. Food was excellent. Everything entertainment.

It was a great resort. Food was good, drinks were always available and the room was quiet. I wish they had more traditional Greek food at some meals.

Very diverse and good food. You need a car to see more. A big umbrella would be usefull in the balcony

The staff most friendly, helpful & accommodating, the facilities overall were what we expected, the standard of food on offer whether it be at breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty. very well cooked and indeed exceptional. Many kudos to the chefs and indeed too, to the waiting staff. The swimming pool was very good, always clean and refreshing to swim in. The beach was very nice albeit it would have been much more welcoming, if in many parts it didn't have shingles, small rocks and pebbles on entry into the water. What we didn't enjoy were the uncomfortable chairs available to sit on primarily at the beach bar and to some extent the other bar. Seating wasn't welcoming, nor comfy & snug enough; one could easily notice this by looking at other guests - much too hard for many to sit in for long & enjoy their drinks. Importantly: the sun loungers by the pool & the beach are just too low. As a doctor, I did not fail to notice & indeed helped several people viz. some elderly folk, people with back problems, hip problems, knee problems, muscle aches etc. struggling to lower themselves onto them & even worse, asking for assistance to get themselves up. Even numerous US service personnel we met over our 10 days sojourn, from time to time offered their help & had issues. This lovely comfortable hotel needs to address this, big time, methinks. Lastly, I do not believe a hotel of this standard & quality should allow any stray dogs to run amok, fight [being aggressive] between themselves, cock their legs at sun loungers, pee and defecate on the green grass areas. They should be rounded up!

TUI kids club staff, especially Emily and Helena, were really good with our little boy

Everything was really really good. Food is great, always a good choice, maybe not that big choice like in Egypt/Turkey hotels, but the quality is much better. Very nice staff everywhere; and here special thanks to Inna from animation team - daughter loved her and it was superb. Also, I definitely like their sustainability policy in all aspects. Also, there are a lot of activities for kids - kids club, including some activities for while family, playground, playroom, etc. So really recommended for families. Choice of drinks in all-inclusive package is not so big, but I'd say it's enough. Pools are clean and water is warm. The only downside is pool opening times - from 10 till 18, I believe it can be 1 hour more on each side.

The food was really good and varied day by day, always were nice dishes to choose during the whole day. (All inclusive we had) Animation programs during the day were nice, my special favourite were the aqua fitness occassions and the Circus show in the evening, I would definitely keep that. The resort overall was really clean. On the daily evening performances I would improve.
