fantastic hotel in the best location right next to Dorfbahn Gerlos- the main new lift up to the slopes (ski run 32 really good to warm up or for beginners) and also close to the best bars and restaurants. staff really friendly, nice to have a pool, rooms were spacious. would highly recommend. really really convenient location. small bar but nice chilled vibe and big relaxed lobby/lounge area.

We booked this last minute. We got a modern and clean room, staff offers great service and the hotel is situated next to the lift. Great facilities (pool / sauna / steambath). Breakfast and dinner were both delicous! Definitely recommend and would visit again.

Location. It was the only good thing about this hotely, to be honest. Equipment, service, security. There was nobody at the reception desk, almost never. The rooms didn't have even the basic equipment the four star hotels usually have. The ski room was available to basically anyone from the street, unlocked and unguarded all the time.

Had the luck to stop there during a road trip for the New Year’s Eve. Everything was perfect, beautiful room and facilities, great dinner and breakfast. All the staff was fantastic.

The hotel, the location are excellent. Parking is free in the nearby garage. Swimming pools, saunas are excellent. Gives you a free lift to the mountains The range of breakfast could be more extensive and the choice of coffee independent. Now the coffee is poured by the staff, there is no possibility to drink as much as you want.

It was excellent staying at the hotel! The staff was so kind and helpful. A delicious breakfast, great mountain view, convenient parking next to the hotel and amazing spa area made our vacation incredibly wonderful! I am absolutely sure to recommend this hotel to everyone!
