This elegant 4-star hotel in Gerlos is only 492 feet from the newly built Dorfbahn Cable Car and 2625 feet from the Isskogelbahn Cable Car and the Zillertal Alps Ski Area. There is a spa area with an indoor pool. The free ski bus stops opposite the hotel. The rooms of Hotel Kristall are elegantly decorated with solid wood furniture in a traditional Tyrolean style. They feature a balcony, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom. The breakfast buffet includes a large selection of regional products. Spa facilities include a sauna, a Kneipp pool, a steam bath and a hot tub. Free parking is available on site. Ski deposit is possible directly at the bottom station of the Dorfbahn Cable Car, available at a surcharge. The local destination fee "Free Mountain" includes several benefits for guests, such as free use of a ski depot at the valley station of the newly-built Dorfbahn Cable Car in winter, and in summer, free use of local cable cars and free use of the property's mountain bikes.

The location, close to Gerlos, walking distance from Apres Ski, walking distance from the Dorpsbahn skilift. The hotel provided us with a locker at the Dorpsbahn, which was very convenient and saved us from walking with our ski shoes for the 400meters. Easy parking across the hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, at reception most spoke Dutch as well. Good comfortable bed. Not a dislike, would have made it better, I missed an AC charger (11Kw) to be able to charge my electric car. The room was a bit lower than a normal room, this felt a bit cramped at first (I am 190m long) The bathroom was a bid small, it had everything, it could have been a little bit larger for more comfort.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The lockers next to the skilift were great. Breakfast was really good and the staff super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I liked everything about my stay with Kristall. The accommodations were great and super comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking was also very convenient and provided easy access to the property. The location was great and I don't think there is anything I didn't like. They have a great looking restaurant and bar on sight, I didn't however take the time to enjoy it as I was busy with other activities. Not really sure what to tell you but I didn't find anything I didn't like during my stay.
