Location Which hotel offers a SPA area but shuts it down at 7pm the das of arrival (Friday). That doesn’t make sense

Nice alpine hotel, very good breakfast. And woth lots of dachshund. We especially appreictaed the local Gerlos summer card, that allow you to use the cable cars for your whole time at Gerlos. Parking especially during busy weekends is a bi5 cumbersome, in the end you always find a place.

The breakfast was top notch. They went beyond the basic Charcuterie Board breakfast by also providing pancakes and bacon. A tiny refigerator in the room would have helped.

Good location and breakfast. Got free gondola rides for the day we stayed there. The smell of old and dirty carpet. When we arrived the third person's bed was not ready, but the staff quickly fixed that.

The accommodation was very good. The rooms are comfortable. You have to be careful about the location of the room, part of the hotel is on a busy road and in the summer when I had the windows open I was disturbed by passing cars. The breakfasts were ordinary, not great but filling. The staff was really very nice. Free parking is reserved outside. I used the spa daily!

The staff were super friendly. The receptionist informed us that, as part of the booking, we had free access to the cable-car at both Gerlos and Königsleiten. We took the one at Königsleiten. Great views and the kids had a blast on the zip-line over the lake at 2,300m. An unexpected bonus. The room and breakfast were great. Wi-Fi connection in our room was poor.

A clean and beautiful property. Dutch owners, so Ditch language was easy and welcome. The room was very clean and felt great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many things could be done in the surrounding area. Diner and breakfast were great. The kids enjoyed the playing area outside. None to mention. It was a pity we were there for just one night.
