The room and food

I booked this hotel for two nights based on the photos and description online, but the reality was completely different. The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos and felt cramped and uncomfortable. The walls in both the room and the hallway were scuffed, worn, and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was extremely small, with almost no space and not even a convenient place to hang towels. The hotel provided virtually no basic amenities. The overall condition of the property did not match the expectations created by the online listing. Finding the entrance was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Guests are expected to enter through a parking garage and then take an elevator to the second floor. There is very little signage, and the entire arrival process feels confusing and inconvenient. Most importantly, I did not feel comfortable or relaxed staying there. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Although I had paid for two nights, I was unable to remain at the property and had to book another hotel at my own expense. What made the situation even worse was the management’s response. I politely requested compensation for at least one night due to the significant discrepancy between the advertised experience and the actual conditions. My request was rejected without any attempt to address my concerns or provide reasonable customer service. I strongly believe the online photos and presentation create expectations that the property does not meet. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise travelers to consider other accommodations unless substantial improvements are made. I would still appreciate if the hotel management reconsidered my case and provided compensation for the inconvenience, additional expenses, and disappointment caused by this stay.

Comfortable room. Excellent bed. We had a special 2 night offer that included breakfast, so that was pretty awesome. Everyone was extremely friendly. The restaurant was definitely above average, with a good selection and generous portions. Free parking in the underground garage. Next to a big supermarket. Across from a fantastic Greek restaurant and Balkan bakery. A few more electric sockets would be nice.

The location was fine. I am gluten free and the only thing I was missing was gluten free bread.

On the first night of our stay we went to breakfast for 1 hour and when we returned €150 we're missing from our room in that time the cleaning staff had been in the room and we are certain about the amount of money we had before breakfast and what we came back to Money was while we were at breakfast and the room was serviced by cleaning

To have an electric kettle in the room for tea and coffee at the customer convenience. Lack of electric kettle and fridge in the room
-
Close to S Bahn. Above a market and close to some shopping. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The facilities were a bit stale.
-
No AC in room. No tea pot or coffee pot in roo..
-
There is no kettle in the room, and each cup of tea was costed 4 euro. I have to go on reception to ask more bath supplies as shampoo and conditioner. So fine, but too expensive.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel during Oktoberfest in Munich. The hotel provided a variety of delicious breakfast options. The room was clean, and I appreciated the coffee machines available during the day and night in the hotel. It was a modern, constructed building with a large balcony with tables and chairs. Parking was also available and free of charge. The hotel provided bar soap instead of liquid hand soap, which wasn’t very convenient or hygienic. Also, there were no slippers available in the room.

Rooms were really nice and comfortable, breakfast was also good if you're searching for an overnight stay on the way, it is a perfect hotel, otherwise it is a bit far away from city parking in the garage can be problematic if you arrive later as all spots are full, but that is also written in the description there was a strange smell in the hallway as if something was flooded, but luckily one couldn't feel it in the rooms
