Easy parking in front of the hotel and a very smooth self-check-in process. The machine was easy to use and available in English. The room was clean, the shower worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the room stayed dark at night. Overall, it delivered exactly what we expect from an Ibis Budget: a simple, clean, and practical place to stay for a night or two. Nothing significant to complain about. The hotel met our expectations, and everything worked as intended during our stay.

We were on the road to Colmar and needed to sleep. It was enough for our expectations but there were bugs on the ground in the morning. Bugs and the beds were not comfy but enough for one night sleep.

The room I got was really run down - a hole in the wall in the toilet, the shower fosset detached while I was using it, incomplete power socket etc.

there was No Water in Toilet and bathroom and when we asked No reaponse from staff ( i couldnt even enter to toilet at night). i missed my phone's charger in the room and i cant get it back from hotel management. very bad customer services. the machines of coffe and drinks in the loopy was damaged. Not recomended at all of compare with price.

good breakfast only thing i liked but after few days gets boring same food everyday I disslike almost everything, dirty rooms, bad staff, rudness, not so comfortable beds, smelly toilets. no cleaning service, be ready to try to catch the cleaning woman to get some towels and beddings to change by your ownself. Price of night even for long term stays is with this no service and bad guest treatment not worth it. Better go another hotel!! No one here cares about any complaint and no compensations are made.
