very nice location no bed sheets and wifi, not reasonable for 4 stars

The pool area was really nice and could always get a sun bed. Luckily this village was by other campsites with better food options. The gardens are well kept. A very small supermarket on site with a pleasant lady who looks after it. Handy for a couple of basics. Accommodation was clean. Decent washing machine. Fortunately we rented a car, a must if you want to go out. Location fairly central for visiting both north and south of the island. Air conditioning in room very good and effective. The studios are extremely small. Had I realised how small I would have paid extra for a one bedroom apartment for the 2 of us. Very disappointed the first morning when all we could buy for breakfast at the restaurant was a coffee and croissant and nothing else. The residents parking is some distance from the accommodation. Then the car park got fairly muddy when it rained. Visitors seem to have the better parking areas over paying residents. The Glacier bar decided to close for 24hrs mid week. The dance shows were great but their lack of changing facilities for dancers is atrocious. Boys and girls having to change costumes behind the stages outside where they can be seen changing clothes is dreadful. Not even modesty screens provided for the dancers. Camps next door had better food facilities but difficult to get to when it rains. An 8am check out is too early.

Pay for 2 weeks Wifi. Pretty expensive and considering the price we payed for the accommodation strange that this was not included.

Perfect place for a holiday with children, pool and sea nearby, everything you need is available in the apartment Very much enjoyed the evening activities and also the water aerobics in the mornings There is a military airbase nearby, thus, military aircrafts are flying around almost all day from 8 am to 11 pm, so that sometimes even walls in our villa were shaking. As I said nothing to do with hotel, but it creates unpleasant noise and pretty scary.

Very good facilities for families with kids: with playground, kids pool, sandy beach, kids club, entertainment during the day and in the evening 1) We would prefer if restaurent will be open whole day, not only for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2) lack of soap, dishwasher tables, toillet paper - basically all you should buy yourself. Supermarket not far from hotel (1.5 km). 3) this point does not relate to the hotel, however, i think worth to mention. The beach is wonderful, the pool also very good and the location is fantastic We had to make the beds ourselves, when we had already reserved the sheets. There is a lack of hygiene products in the bathroom, not even a simple soap, little information about the possibility of changing bed linen and towels. there is not a hairdryer. In the kitchen there is not a toaster

The pool was nice The facilities are relatively old and the location on the island is not great. Charging out electric car was a huge hassle as they charge much more after the first hit of charging. So I needed to go 4-5 times to the station to charge fully. The staff is extremely rood and very aggressiv. When trying to have a conversation with the manager about it I was tolles in and even Ruder way that I should leave the property. Very strange way to deal with complaints.

Reception let us check in earlier and checkout later plus gave us a better mini villa location in the village. Nice poolbar on the beach and our little one liked the kids pool even though there wasn’t any attraction beside the water buckets. Small nice little shop with bakery items on the property itself. Smelly fridge, ants in the room, bathroom has seen better days and not the most comfortable mattresses.

Pool area was amazing, like a 5-star hotel, right on the beach - kids and us adults loved it, perfect! The beach also was lovely, warm ocean with some small waves for fun. Not overcrowded. The staff at reception were very friendly also. Apartment had a dishwasher and clothes washer which were excellent and very useful. The apartment was mouldy, and damp and stank like it, it was absolutely awful. We askewd the reception to be moved from this room, but they said we just need to leave the windows open when we were there and when we were not there we should turn th eaircon on to circulate the air. This DID work a little bit. But the place had MOULD on the walls (see pictures.) At night time it was so noisy somenights until 2am from the disco/DJ etc. SO when we had the windows open becasue the place stank so much we could not sleep. A horror stay there! Also you have to pay for Wifi there, this is not expected in 2023!

Perfect location right at the beach. Well equiped apartment with belonging parking space. Friendly staff, wonderful pool areas and fun playgrounds. Very convenient with the little shop at the premise. Sometimes a bit noicy in the evenings when the neighbouring facilities had late shows/music in the weekend. However, this was not noticable inside the apartment.

Great location, beautiful beach, restaurant and bar with outstanding atmosphere and nice menu. Amazing staff & offer for activities. Great for travel with small kids. Small things could be improved: there are no parasol or beach mat/chair for rent available and no place to shower and change clothes at the beachfront. However, these sis not impact our vacation negatively.

Very nice place. It looks huge, but you can have your privacy. Everything was clear, nicely explained, enter the pool close to the beach was the part of accomodation. Your parking place according to the no. of flat. Waschmaschine was nice bonus. Fridge, dishwasher, bag coffee maker. free wi-fi could have longer time :)

The apartment was well equipped. The air conditioning worked. The shows at night were good really excellent dancers good restaurant on site Ants everywhere outside, far away from everything, the pool was so filthy you couldn’t see your hand in front of your face, run down exterior, giant ants cover you the instantly when you go outside or try to use the terrace.
