Well swiming pool could have been cleaner and loud party was not the best. at least it was untill 10pm

The a frame we started in was still a.bit unfinished for construction in the back and had some some bugs invading on some of the windows also the shower was not a great angle for the room and the door kept slamming into the shower head

Beautiful, large rooms and the grounds are gorgeous. Staff were lovely and clearly working hard to make our stay as good as possible. The food was extremely disappointing. The included breakfast was serviceable, but the food we had for dinner was bordering on inedible. We didn’t mind too much because we mostly ate out anyway and the hotel is lovely otherwise. It’s a bit far from Tam Coc for some of the tourist destinations there but we knew that going in!

Pool, staff were very responsive and attentive. Rooms smelled moldy throughout. Not sure if the cleaned the room regularly. I had to let the maintenance staff know that the shower drain was not draining properly and the hand held shower stand was broken. However, both these problems were addressed immediately.

The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating. I want to specifically mention Thuy, Uyen, and Xuan for their exceptional service!! Do not hesitate to book here it’s an amazing deal and located close to the pagoda

From the moment I arrived the hospitality was noticeable. However, that since of hospitality became a feeling of being gently and quietly cared for. Giang, Uyen, and the rest of the staff paid attention to details. The property and rooms have a relaxing esthetic and smells wonderful. The food and drinks were also good. The property is just a few minutes away from Bai Dinh Pagoda. There wasn't anything unpleasant.

The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable. The staff was wonderful specially Ms Uyen, Ms Nga and Ms Duyen, very sweet young women who helped us and made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was great and had many different options. We rented a motorcycle from the hotel at a very good value and were able to get to all the tourist sights easily.

The resort has a beautifully decorated garden that really comes alive in the evening, lit with soft lights and creating a lovely community-like atmosphere. It felt intimate and peaceful—like a small village gathering each night. The staff were a standout. They were incredibly friendly and went beyond typical hospitality. One of the most heartwarming moments was seeing how the team interacted with our little daughter—holding her, playing with her, and making her laugh. That kind of genuine care is rare and deserves recognition. The pool was fresh, clean, and the perfect place to cool off during the hot afternoons. Not too crowded, and very well maintained. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable for a short stay. It was on the smaller side, but functional and cosy. A very special thank you to the driver who took us around the area. He was kind, patient, and very helpful—especially when I accidentally lost my wallet during a ride. With his help and the kindness of nearby locals, we found it untouched in a nearby house, where the residents had been holding onto it, waiting for the owner to return. This experience reminded us of the deep honesty and warmth of the Vietnamese people. The resort is somewhat isolated and far from the main attractions. You’ll likely need a driver (thankfully, theirs is excellent) to get around comfortably. Breakfast options were quite limited, and the lack of an indoor dining area made it uncomfortable to eat in the heat. Some shaded or cooled options would enhance the experience. The overall food quality during our stay was underwhelming. A bit more attention to flavour and freshness would go a long way in matching the rest of the resort’s charm. Unfortunately, the spa did not live up to expectations. The room smelled of mould, was small, and lacked the atmosphere and design one would associate with a relaxing spa. It felt more like a basic street-side massage room than part of a boutique resort. Improving this area could significantly raise the guest experience.

Beautiful grounds and well kept pool. Extremely helpful staff especially Thai who went above and beyond. Nice restaurant with good buffet breakfast and tasty food available to order all day. Walking distance to Bai Dinh; 25 minute taxi ride to Ninh Binh. Basic hotel bikes available to borrow. Enjoyed a great full body massage in the hotel. Only 8 Sun loungers available around the pool
