Super suprise to find the hide gem! Very clean and they tale care of every little detail! For this price we really lucky to stay in this amazing hotel. Views of the Agung volcano from our terrace and toilet. We will come back for sure! Congratulations to the team to keep the place so well maintained! Is not common to find place like this in Bali.

I had the pleasure of staying at Odessa Village for almost a full month, and it was one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Bali. The location of the villas, right in the middle of lush rice fields, brought such a peaceful and authentic feel to my stay. It was wonderful waking up to the sight of locals working in the fields and being surrounded by nature. As someone who loves insects and wildlife, I really enjoyed observing all the interesting animals around the property. The room was comfortable and relaxing, the pool was a fantastic bonus for morning swims or cooling off after a hot day, and the hotel food exceeded my expectations. Breakfasts were outstanding - tasty, generous, and packed with fresh fruits. I also really enjoyed their local dishes like Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, and Satay, and the pizza was surprisingly good too. You could even rent a scooter or order a laundry service right at the property. Just steps away is Kubu Coffee Corner, which offered excellent coffee at very good prices with friendly service. Most importantly, the staff made my long stay feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Dek Gus, Tika, and Putu for their warm hospitality and top-quality service - they were truly amazing. If you're looking for comfort, tranquility, great food, and a genuine Bali experience away from the crowds, Odessa Village is the perfect choice. I can't wait to come back!

Very nice place in a quiet area. Spacious rooms. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. View on mount Agung and Batur The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Hairs in the drain. Very moldy bathroom area

4th time here , comfy beds, nice garden and great chill remote location away from Ubud, Changu, Seminayk and all other tourist traps. Big plus is the local manager Dekgus - always going above and beyond. The staff deserve a raise in salary ! Managemnt is slacking bad these days. Staff are resigning , kitchen is barely open as kitchen staff too has resigned, and over all management and maintenance impacts the performance. from a 10/10 this propperty is now a mere 6 or at best 7 out of 10. Compared to when it 1st opened, sadly the standart is gong down hill a lot. Hopefully managemnt will act upon this to restore staff loyalty and appreciation, as well as ensure all runs smooth and guests are getting the best they deserve . Care ore for your staff and pay fairer salaries - these guys work hard and deserve better

We have three choices of breakfast - American , Continental or Local breakfast (Nasi goreng or mee goreng). We tried all and they were decent and sufficient to feed the 3 of us. Bathrooms are not well-maintained. There was even a frog while taking our shower. The villas are located far from the nearest mall and airport. it takes an hour to the mall and 1-1.5 hours either from or to the airport.

Amazing and beautiful location. The pool is excellent. Food was incredible. Everything very reasonably priced. Staff answers questions, takes food orders and room requests via WhatsApp making the stay even more convenient. Will be back!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, in a village with no shops, no taxi, no nothing. It is the middle of a field, sorrounded by fields. The staff forgot to prepare us breakfast the first day, even if we choosed one day before. So we lost one breakfast because we had activities that day. Check with them early in the morning if they know about your breakfast, otherwise you wait for your breakfast in vain.

The room was spacious, clean, with beautiful view from balcony, beautiful pool, area is nice, full of greenery and very remote The staff was too slow in everything. first 2 days were almost alone in the hotel but we needed to remind them constantly about things we needed, because room was not set up in a proper way upon arrival.pool was not very clean. After breakfast your plates will stay almost an hour in restaurant area, no-one is in rush to clean anything.

Told we had not pre paid 3 times, when we had and produced receipt Got us confused with another arriving couple Put us in the wrong room, and after we had settled, unpacked, and ordered food, 2 hour into our stay, they came and told us we had to move rooms. Food came to new room cold as it sat in their kitchen waiting for us to move Delivered the wrong breakfast on the first morning

Anything you would want for a peaceful stay in Bali. The staff are so kind and accommodating. I had a noise complaint with a gecko and the staff were so sweet to change my room. The location is tranquil and just so lovely. I stayed here for only one night but the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations! Thank you for the beautiful stay.

The room and bathroom were huge and nice. I liked the layout of the garden. I was happy. I got a promo price, just feeling lucky to have found this hotel.

Quiet location with mt. Batur and rice fields view. Bathroom smells very bad and draining issues in the ground and first floor’s bathroom.

The property is beautiful and exactly as it looks in photos. I loved th friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, and the greenery was very beautiful. It’s in a very remote location so getting anywhere requires a cab or bike. There are no activities at the property other than the pool which was quite dirty in all honesty. The food was always on time and the service was excellent, but the breakfast often lacked flavour and there are no options nearby so you need to order via Grab or make sure you can somewhere. Everything remotely closed early so keep that in mind.

We asked for a quiet room, but were placed downstairs below a large and noisy family, and we woke up many times from children running around and screaming and such. That family ended up leaving, after which our experience was better, but I have no idea why they would put us in such a noisy room when several other units were empty. The check-in process was a bit goofy, they wanted my phone and email and home address and way too much info which felt more like a doctor's office than a resort, and I strongly recommend they stop doing that... there were also "welcome drinks" clearly visible, but they never offered us one which was a bit awkward too. When I paid for an extra night, they came and knocked on the door in the morning to confirm, which again was strange, instead of simply confirming via chat. The room was large but the bathroom was bizarrely small with nowhere to put your things (not even any wall hooks?), and it was always wet from the shower, which made using the bathroom a rather uncomfortable experience. Lastly, the WiFi had a weak signal and was sometimes pretty slow. They also provided glass water bottles in the room but no bottle opener so we couldn't actually drink it.
