The breakfast was very good and the staff member who managed the breakfast was excellent. Tables were cleaned off as soon as people were done and the staff member was very helpful. The waffles were Excellent!!!

The room was only cleaned twice during our 7 day stay. Had to ask twice to have it cleaned. Never had new towels unless I went to the front desk to ask. So housekeeping was horrible. The cookies were great and breakfast was ok.

Plenty to choose from at breakfast except sausage, eggs & potatoes were cold. WiFi wasn't great.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check in. Hotel and room were clean and basic, but fridge was cold and AC worked great. Breakfast was standard, but I saw the attendant making waffles and delivering them to seated customers. She was on it and seemed genuinely like she was trying to make their morning.

Rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Breakfast service was very good. A good value in a very nice town. My only issue is the elevator was not working and we had significant luggage. We were on the 4th floor and did have employees help with the bags.

The hotel was a surprise find! It was elegant, spacious, beautiful views of Mt. Rainier, extremely helpful and personable staff, very clean and handsome rooms, comfy bed, spacious bathroom and shower/tub, large breakfast area with both tables and comfy booths. Very convenient for the Tacoma area. The person staffing the breakfast was named Mei Mei - what a wonderful, cheerful and helpful person to start the morning! She even brought food to guests’ tables, with a bright smile and good cheer. Highly recommended

We were very disappointed that the elevator was broken and it appeared that it was broken for awhile. We would not have booked knowing that we had to walk up three flights of stairs with all of our bags. The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was cold. The breakfast was okay but the eggs and sausages were not warm close to end of breakfast at 9:30. Other than the elevator issues we did not experience any issues

Great area outside of Seattle. Transportation provided from airport for approximately $30 a person. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Great breakfast options buffet style with very friendly staff.

The only downside was the elevator not functioning.... which was an issue being on the 3rd floor.

Pretty property, safe area. Very clean. Delicious breakfast with very helpful staff. They did alert us to the fact that their elevator wasn’t working before we arrived but we did not know we were on the 4th floor so that was a bit difficult.

Nice hotel but dated and well used! Definitely needs a facelift. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. We were disappointed that there was no pool or hot tub. The breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly. Elevator was out of service!
