Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and helping. Location was ideal just 1.4 km from airport and nearest to bazar and NLI market. Power outages are a routine in Gilgit city but staff provided generator facility whenever asked. Room heating facility and hot water provided on Rs 500 per day.

Overall a pleasant stay. Cooperative and friendly staff. Didn't have aircon in the room they provided us. Most of the rooms had w/c toilets.

To me this was the best hotel in gilgit as this was the only hotel with air conditioners. Others charging much more money than the Citi hotel don't offer such facilities. There was hot water facility and of course a good kitchen is all that tourists need.

I loved this hotel. It's centrally located, clean rooms and helpful staff. They provide you delicious food items any time of the day or night. Excellent room service. Farooq, Kaleem and their staff is amazing. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Farhana Batool ( USA)

The hotels restaurant offers many different dishes and everything we had was very delicious. Staff is friendly. The standard of the hotel is quite poor. It’s okay for one night. We have asked them for boiling water in order to prepare some instant noodles. They were very helpful and even prepared the noodles for us. But in the end they charged 50 rupees for this „service“.

I mostly like the behaviour and cooperation of Mr Farooq the manager, i asked about a popular place over there, he took me by himself 8n his own vehicle that hospitality inspired me alot All the Staff was very cooperative and helpful
