Pool was great, room small but pleasant. TV didn't work, no kettle or water in room. Little out of way if you can't walk far but staff very helpful. No TV , no kettle, no water.

I like how colorful it is and the reception was helpful. The stay was also comfortable, we had all basic necessities. The distance can be quite inconvenient as it is quite a distance from the port and they don’t provide bicycle rental. So after making your way to the hotel finally under hot sun, you still have to walk out again to find bicycles for rent.

We had a great time at Bleu Verde. It is beautiful and very picturesque. It is true that there are some things that are getting a little old but they are minor issues. We had a big 3-room apartment with two bathrooms. Everything was clean. If you want to have your room cleaned during your stay you have to inform the personnel. The beds were very clean and super comfy. Extra points for a regular mattress on top of the fold out bed. There was hot water in the shower. Bathroom was half open which made it a great experience (birds singing etc.). Pool was beautiful with colours but it definitely needs renovation (some tiles missing, lights are secured with tape). The place is in the north of the island so it really is quiet and great for good nights sleep. AC works well. There was a whole fridge stuck with water bottles and new bottles delivered every day. In our room rate we got free bikes to use to move around the island. Just 200m from the hotel you can snorkel and see turtles - the best time is around 11 a.m. It would be nice to have some sheets for under the blankets to sleep. Not a big problem because blankets were super fluffy and comfy. The biggest disadvantage was lack of breakfast in the hotel even though the hotel restaurant was supposed to be opened in August. We had to go to eat breakfast outside. Water bottles were a nice touch but it would be so much better to just have a water distributor to refill multiple use bottles instead of producing so much plastic.

The pool area was nice. One problem after another here. They emailed on the day of check in to say there was no hot water in my room and that I could cancel if I wanted. But at that point I was already on my way and there was no other accommodation available. They agreed to a 15% off. Check in wasn’t a smooth process because of this. I had to start cancelling my booking online for them to issue this. After check in I was in my room and was disturbed to be told I owed more money because they undercharged me. I paid this. The following day they needed access to my room to fix the heater so I left the key with them. I came back, got my key and got ready to go out for dinner. When I came back later that evening my room door was wide open. I walked into my room and there was a man in my bathroom with all the shower floor pulled up. I wasn’t warned about this, so some of my valuables weren’t put away and my clothes were left out. I was so unhappy about this, so much so that I complained! The bathroom was full of mud so I was told I could change rooms. This meant I had to start packing up after getting in from my dinner. It wasn’t cheap accommodation and I was expecting it to be relaxing - it was anything but! They offered their apologies but it didn’t feel enough considering the amount of money I had spent to stay there. Very disappointed.

Beautiful property just a few minutes walk from the beach. Colorful, natural and very comfortable. Best part, complimentary drinking water is provided at the property and the care takers are always ready to help you with anything that you need. The access road on foot is a little difficult due to beach sand if you are carrying luggage. Would recommend people to definitely use a horse cart during arrival.

Really comfortable beds, Michael at reception was extremely helpfu and organised bikes and was always on hand for any enquiries. Unlimited bottles of water left out and it's quiet at night time. The room is a little bit small but still cosy, and it's a little far away from the centre of the action.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The property is well kept and inviting. Great for families with children! We found everything to be in good condition!

The property is well cared for and the staff are attentive to all the details to make your stay comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, and although a short walk to the beach the tranquility was perfect.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the other side of the beach. The hotel facilities and staff were horrible. The shower initially had no hot water, the tv wasn’t working, the pool not the best. The worst part was the bed had ants and I couldn’t sleep. There were huge roaches in the bathroom, I had the worst experience at this place and wouldn’t recommend it. If you book it, make sure you get the refundable option!!!

It was far away from the main strip and you couldn’t the daily x3 prayers/partying. Beautiful exterior. I loved the pool in the day and night! Great way to start/finish the day. the aesthetic was nice. Daily water + daily cleaning of room. Very close to turtle beach. I was advised that there was still restaurant + yoga room were still under construction so was aware of this. I enjoyed my stay but if you are a picky/anal person you wouldn’t enjoy it. Biking in the dark was a bit of a challenge but there are many easy landmarks to learn your way.

It's a beautiful colorful hotel located away from the busy areas. Very close to both turtle points, the northern and the eastern one. The staff was absolutely fantastic, they helped us with everything and made our stay great. We got a nice upgrade before arrival and we're thankful for that. Unfortunately the hotel needs some extra maintenance especially the swimming pool, and it will be great for the guests.

Little away from the beach so that made it very quiet. If you don't want to be near the party central part of Gili Trawangan then this is the place for you. Easy to find your way back each night It is has a pool and a great shower

lovely place, colourful and leafy on the quiet end of the island. short walk from a lovely stretch of beach with a variety of restaurants without being too “party”. nice pool and comfy bed. staff was super helpful and attentive ?
