Disaster. Dont come here guys. Dirty. We were 2 nights, horror nights. After 6pm no water, fit anything. Nobody come to help me, nobody was in the reception. The place is dirty, full of insects, the air conditioner does not work, very hot, horrible place, do not approach The worst place I've been, the air conditioner doesn't work, full of cockroaches

The location was close to the strip The pool was empty, half of the property was under construction, our bathroom was flooded the entire stay, the floor felt like it was about to fall apart, bed bugs, we didn’t receive towels until the next day and were told to share one between 3 of us, had no bar or social area at all , the power cut out 5 minutes into being there, was generally unclean and one of us got originally checked into a room with no aircon or shower and we had to ask to be moved.

Nothing Everything. No towel, no blanket. Aircon is not functional. Place looks like abandoned. Dirty bedsheets, toilet is full of cockroaches. This property should close and stop accepting guests coz this place is next to none. This is an abandoned accommodation. Don’t get fooled!

We came and there was no one in the reception, so we couldnt check in… The room we got was not at all what we ordered, there was dirt anywhere, and the water was so dirty. The AC didnt work, and they charged way more money than we should have payed

Absolutely nothing besides the poor overworked and underpaid staff AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. This place is UNBELIEVABLE… Us, along with alot other guests were so disappointed with BOTH hotels. I’ve travelled alot and never experienced anything like this. We arrived to no one there but a note written and still couldn’t get ahold of anyone for ages. I’ll show you the photo. We walked into room and there was the FOULEST smelling salt water shower and sink basin. The pool was absolutely revolting. I’ll show photos. Let alone the laundry and office - something out of a horror movie. I’ll show photos. We ended politely saying we could not stay here. The lovely, stressed out, poor overworked staff member who has to organise multiple hotels for the owner ended up moving to ‘another hotel the owner had’ and it was SO BAD also. At this point we felt so uncomfortable and so bad for the poor worker we just accepted it. No running water AT ALL. The bathroom smelt like something I’d never smelt before and I’ve traveled all over Asia. I’ll never forget the smell. The pool had all these floating objects it in - I’m sure I would have died if I hopped in no joke. The pillow was FULL of BLACK MOULD. I’ll show photo. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - please believe me. I contacted the owner and she just said ‘you had the local experience at Kampoeng, stay at Ilalang’ - WHICH WAS WHERE WE WERE because we had to get moved and it was JUST AS BAD. It’s just impossible to communicate with an idiot!

If there has to be one thing then maybe wifi. Property does wrong advertisement. No pool (at least water hasn’t been in pool ages). The messages they send when they accept the booking no prices are correct. Went there bit earlier to leave my bags but couldn’t find any stuff member nowhere. Yard is full rubbish Room was quite clean but in the bathrooms can find a lot of ants, I founded that if light were on all the time they didn’t show them too much.
