Very nice location with a nice big pool and a restaurant. Located close to the harbor. Bungalows are specious with everyday cleaning service. Nothing to complain about.

The location is inwards the island, very far away from the noisy port. You can walk to the beachfront in less than 10 min. To transport your luggage during a hot day, you can take the horses for 150 k. There is a beautiful garden, and the swimming pool is very quiet, sometimes you are alone. The bungalows are very spacious. The staff is doing their utmost best to help everybody. I shall write also what we disliked a bit below, but I want to emphasize that these were minor issues. We enjoyed our stay, and we can recommend it The breakfast is simple, and you need some patience. Our shower was full with calcium, need to declacify. You can hear the Iman, but it is doable (even relaxing). More problematic to disturb our morning sleep were the roosters. There is no fridge; and I read this comment everywhere, so worth to invest in this. We had some minor issues with our door, we had to keep it locked to stay closed

Everything about this property was good. This was the best hotel we stayed at on our 3 month SE Asia trip. Rooms are big and spacious , staff are friendly , you can easily rent bikes at reception and there is 2 pools! The only critique I have is that the pool was not cold enough for me and was quite warm. Sometimes there was also small bugs in the pool so maybe more frequent cleanin. And that’s me being picky !

Lovely room and included breakfast! Unfortunately got woken up by prayers at 4am because I think there is a mosque near by. It's a 15 minute walk to the main strip, especially with carrying bags, would recommend hiring a bike.

The staff are absolutely phenomenal, go the extra mile whenever they can We arrived at 11am and was able to check in within 20 minutes. The room itself is very clean. The location is spot on. 4 minute walk to the pier, restaurants etc. Definitely a good spot to be in Outside room was a washing line to dry your clothes You got pool and shower towels eith a bottle of water. Rooms cleaned daily The free breakfast was very good. Meal and buffet style. You can hire bikes from the hotel. The outside toilet wouldn't drain the water on to the stones it just pooled around the toilet and made your clothes wet. There was no fridges in the room meaning we couldn't keep stuff cold. The pool in the pictures shows the pool bar opened - this should be changed as it definitely wasn't and there was no maintenance happening to it... very misleading here. Should have 2 pillows per person.

The rooms were basic, spotless, and clean, with comfortable beds. The outdoor bathrooms were clean and okay. It was a very different experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The island is fantastic, and I loved swimming with turtles and fish directly off the beautiful beaches. The bike hire was convenient at $5 a day. Pool dirty . Pool bar not operating, restaurant staff did not know how to make a cocktail, breakfast basic but tasty.

The place was peaceful and clean. The staff (especially the male receptionist) he was little rude and did not like Indians lol. He was more biased towards Aussies and other nationalities but I could see the Indians spending more anyway we had just enquired about a water sport activity and did not pay for it or booked it but the next day they forced us to take it and when we denied it they made us pay cancellation charge of 100k IDR (they first asked for over 500k IDR) . Breakfast was good , but staff prefers white people over others it seems.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect—just an 8-minute walk to the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

this property is absolutely stunning and well maintained. the flowers and plants are really beautiful. the staff were so friendly, attentive, and happy. we originally checked in for one night but loved it so much we booked an additional five. it’s also very quiet. a lot of properties in gili trawangan can be quite noisy due to the mosque, but we had no issues with that here. it’s a little further from the port so if you are not using the horses then it can be quite a trek with a backpack. around 10-15 mins for us but just manageable and well worth the walk.
