Staff were super cool and friendly. Pool area was nice and rooms very comfortable for sleep. Very close to all main areas in the main strip No complaints given the price point

Nice location close to the pier with a lot of cafes. There's cafe the same area Nona kitchen & bar with very tasty food, nice music and nice stuff. The room was spacious and bright, bed was comfortable. You can rent a bike there. Didn't try the swimming pool, but the area seemed nice. AC was working good and wi fi too even during the rain. For the beach is better to stay another area, but the island is small so not a big problem. The room was a bit tired, but like everywhere in the Bali for the same price level (i paid 16 euros per night). The walls are a bit thin, you can hear if somebody snoring)) The bike was old and worked not very good, you can find better quality somewhere else.

With a short walk, we could reach the beach. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the price was good. The only downside was that the bathroom and toilet were not very clean Bathroom

Access to guaranteed sterile/clean water was inconvenient. Ideally water should be cooled.

The bathroom got clogged a couple of times during our entire stay, they don’t service the room. AC leaking water overnight.

The light outside our room wasn't able to be turned off for three days and the curtain doesn't go all the way to the bottom so it comes blasting through. There isn't a lot of privacy unless your curtains are closed. You can see right into each other's rooms and the walls are very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING!

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I liked it so much that I extended my stay with them

The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a stunning garden view. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights.

The staff is nice but there’s no amenities in the property other than the pool. The pool area is filthy and the grass hasn’t been cut. The rooms are DISGUSTING, so dirty and for the price they don’t clean the rooms every day. Everything is super dirty. They don’t clean anything, there were bugs everywhere and overall super disgusting.
