By and large this is a really nice hostel. The staff are nice, the rooms are good, I see the staff clean the common areas every day. Nice little swimming pool and good common areas, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good enough curtains and aircon. Unfortunately my first bed had bedbugs in it. Many, many of them. When I brought it up the manager immediately apologized and I was moved to another bed, where I didn't have problems. But I would suggest avoiding room 1's top left bed for a while, I felt like this was not a new issue. The manager tried (unpleasantly hard) to convince me not to mention this. I feel sorry for inconveniencing the hostel with this comment, but think travelers and other hostels will be inconvenienced more if I don't.

It was a great experience at the hostel! Excellent location, comfortable, breakfast included and I felt relaxed the whole time. All the staff are very friendly and attentive, thank you very much ?

Super good! Stayed in a shared room, they give me a towel and help me with the bags from the Harbour to the hostel! Nice team and super helpful. Breakfast 10/10

Location was perfect and the staff were amazing, especially Echo who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Very good atmosphere and very welcoming I will definitely recommend this place.

Great location Staff did not know we were coming (we had booking in advance), because they have had their own hand-written book with their guests. Then, they did not give us the room we booked, but wanted to give a room for 8 people (instead of a private room), we got our private room, but paid extra, the swimming pool was dirty just like the bathroom, there was no electricity in the room for a day which is "normal" according to the staff, I do not recommend this place.
