Budget Inn Express

They made us pay again for the last night even though I had the paid reservation and showed it to them. It was a nice touch right after being gone the whole day and evening at a funeral. Very disappointed!

Was just ok

The room was okay, the breakfast is not very well stocked with variety but it does qualify as breakfast. The room clean the bed was made. The tv was working well. Not high end by any means but the price was right.

Rooms not really clean especially bathroom, hot tub inoperable, breakfast room is a mess

This was a nice accommodation for the price. Room was cozy and clean. Amenities were simple (breakfast, bathroom items). Staff was professional. Great if you are seeking something quick and cost efficient.

This place is a dump! Bed linens were dirty. We paid for a king deluxe room and were given a dirty 2 queen room. We ended up using our own towels, because the ones in the room were gray and looked dirty. One bed had stains on the linens. Thankfully we did not need the 2nd bed.

The tv didn’t work. No wash clothes 1 roll of toilet paper. No waffles.for breakfast that they had last time I stayed there. Won’t stay there again.

The staff are very friendly, rooms were clean, pool was nice. The rooms are out dated, not a big deal for me. Breakfast isn’t a lot of choice-bread, bagel, or muffin.

The establishment wasn’t even able to pull up my reservation. I paid prior to arriving and had to leave because they couldn’t find my reservation even with the confirmation email I had received. I was not checked in, nor did I receive a refund.

carpets are kind of old, but room was clean and staff was very helpful.

Good value and accesss

Breakfast is just communal bread, bagels, English muffins & PB & js with great value coffee. The bedding is a wreck, the smell is asthma attack inducing & spoken down to by the guy who doesn't care to listen to the words people say.

Ground floor was actually down about 8 steps so requesting ground floor to avoid stairs did no good.

The overall cleanliness of the facility was good. The pool looked nice. Our room however was not very clean. There was no television in the room. Our blanket had burn holes in it. The pillowcases seemed dirty.

Terrible stay, but the lady who works front desk during the day was extremely friendly and tried to help. It's not her fault the owner is not willing to fix the property.

Most of the amenities (tv, hot tub, pool) were either not working or we weren't allowed to use them.

The beds were super small. They weren't queen beds. They were full beds. I had booked a king bed and ended up with two small full beds. I also asked the owner how much it is to have an extra bed put in your room and he told me no cost so I asked for two and then once he put them in he told me they would each cost $15. The breakfast was just cold cereal. The shower has hair in it
