The bathroom is far below expectations and the elevator is beyond criticism!

The location and authenticity of the hotel

Niente Esperienza decisamente deludente.

Proximity to the waterfront and the small charming streets of Giovinazzo. Very accommodating services to be picked up and brought to where our car was stored, daily.
-
Very old, and not in a charming way. Hard to find front door. Bar not open. Breakfast was not good.
-
Location. Top sun terrace not open. No loungers out until requested. Breakfast was poorly replenished. Services seemed inconsistent at times.
-
This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The hotel is poorly maintained and unclean. The breakfast was also not good and did not meet the standards expected for a hotel of this category.

Very nice hotel is in the old town. The room was spacious and clean• the staff was friendy. A place.

Great location, wonderful friendly staff. Cool old monastery. Inexpensive. Poor lighting and dated bathroom.

Location is great, we had a room with sea view, comfortable bed, the all building is beautiful with great decor and attention to details. They also have a great space on the terrace with nice view Good breakfast.Very good value

Location close to local “ancient wall beach” and historic town. Close to the airport. Delicious breakfast. Stylish, elegant hotel. Not staying longer.

We were in #206 and we were quite pleased with the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast has a nice array of offerings and the cappuchini were delicious. We encourage you to do maintenance on the walls and ceiling where the paint is spalling from the inevitable moisture in the stone. It's constant maintenance, we know (we live in a stone house in Polignano a Mare), but it matters for health and appearances. Additionally, leave printed instructions (multiple languages) for the AC so that the light does not blink next to the matrimonial bed all night. That started about 3am in our room (earlier in our friends' room). It was so annoying we had to get up to figure out how to make it stop (we got it to be less bright, but it continued pulsing on and off all night).

The location and hotel itself are lovely. We had room 320 and there was black mold everywhere in the bathroom and evidence of it in the bedroom. We informed the front desk woman and she blew us off!
-
Beautiful building and nice outdoor setting areas. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Kitchen facilities in the apartment were fair. No coffee maker. Refrigerator was not very cold.

Beds could be a little more comfortable
