Location was excellent, just 5 minutes walking from the train station, and an easy walk to the beautiful historic centre, the main piazza, and the city park. Our host Consiglia was so gracious and kind, she even had our room ready for us several hours before the official check in time, after we inquired as to whether we could leave our luggage because we would be arriving earlier in the day. Breakfast was provided each morning in the common breakfast room, and we were offered a choice of sweet or savory. Coffee and water were also available anytime in the common dining area. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, wifi was great, sink was large enough to wash a few pieces of clothing, and the price very reasonable for the quality of the stay.

It was clean, location is nice In total it was OK. The accommodation is nice and clean. The only thing which was really misleading what will be in a room and what not. In the discription of the room, it was stated that kitchen belongs to it, at the end of the day, kitchen needed to be shared with other people. I think such kind of info should be clearly stated, and not all facilities present in the flat will be written in the room discription. Hosts do not speak English. For me it was a bit surprising, if the accommodation is placed on booking, one can expect that not only Italians will come.....
