Great stay near the Pyramids! The view from the hotel is incredible, especially at sunrise. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable.

Many thanks to the administrator, Reda, for his help. He helps with any requests. This wasn’t our first time at the hote

Excellent location. A few minutes walk to the entrance of the site of the Pyramids. You can see the 3 pyramids and sphinx on the Terrance.

The room was comfortable . The clening ladies were exceptional! but unfortunately there was a constant sewer smell in our room. ?

Stay away The bellboy asked me to give me $5 after a very very small talk. I don’t know the reason for it. Complained. Mr. Ahmad was kind enough to take care of it however in two days we had two incidents and at the second they made my mom and me cry. We asked for a taxi and although I sent the taxi driver back they told us it was a full day excursion and asked extra $25. Long story short, I am not going to spend too much time for a hotel with such incompetent and unfriendly hotel.

Two things: we booked a ride to the new museum through the hotel and agreed to the $20 US price. Our driver didn't know where to drop us off at the museum - he tried to let us out far from the entrance. If not for a man coming up to tell him he was in the wrong place, we would have had to walk a long way to the ticket booth. Also, we had a room under the restaurant. Late at night we were kept awake by the screeching sound made when the staff dragged tables and chairs across a floor just over our heads. It wasn't just a couple of times, it went on a long time.

Great location and view!

Great view of the Pyramids. Really liked it. Walking distance to the sight. Helpful staff, receptionist. Food I enjoyed very much with half board. Beef fajita with rice… yam. ? Due to awkward timing of our flight we travelled all night with 3 kids got there at 6:00am (check in was supposed to be at 2pm) but they gave us a room straight away so we could have a rest. Great hospitality… Thanks Could have been slightly cleaner. Outside of the hotel the street is quite dirty.
