Best possible service, location, and breakfast. Everyone was extremely helpful, upbeat, and polite. Lots of complimentary food/drinks/gifts. The place is going through a remodel, therefore some areas look rough at this time. Bathroom had a strong smell.

The Egyptian breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed all the food and felt bad that we couldn’t eat it all. The views from the restaurant also added to the experience. The staff here was so welcoming and attentive. The electrical outlets need to be upgraded- it was hard to charge our electronics.

Service and views were spectacular!!

First the relation manager is very attentive. She ask how r we doing, always check if we r good and extend assistance to everything. Second, she let us check in late which is very important for those who tour abu simbel, as tour might be late due to some circumstances. Third, the food (dinner) is really good. Fourth, everyone is smiling and willing to assist! Thank you for great service, hospitality and assistance. None

The pyramids view is a killer, it is as good as on the pictures. Included breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. Even though the room was big and it included everything we needed, it had older furniture, flimsy switches, shaky sink. Slowest wifi I've seen in last 20 years.

Sometimes staff tends to be a bit pushy on offering tours but no big deal...just politely say no!

The staff was so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. Provided us with welcome drink and made us feel safe when they walked us to stores and shops. Amazing rooftop views and service. The complementary breakfast was great and large. We also got cute farewell souvenirs.

Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant experience. Mohideen While the bathroom fittings were modern and visually appealing, we found the press/slide-style taps somewhat impractical. They were difficult to regulate and often resulted in unnecessary water usage. Since water is a precious resource, it may be beneficial to consider installing traditional rotary taps, which allow guests to control the water flow more effectively and help reduce wastage. Additionally, it would be helpful to place clear and visible sustainability messages in the bathrooms, particularly on or near the bathroom doors and towel racks. Gentle reminders encouraging guests to conserve water and reuse towels when possible would support environmental responsibility and align with sustainable hospitality practices. These small improvements could enhance guest convenience while promoting water conservation and environmental awareness.

Outdated facilities and surrounding area

Wonderful view on the pyramids and sphinx from our room and balcony. Very friendly staff. Very good food at the restaurant and generous delicious breakfast. Mineral water whenever and how much you need. Room very basic. Bathroom facilities (sink and shower) in not so good conditions.

First off the staff so welcoming and helpful. Helped booked our activities and well spoken English. Everything was clean and had a good Egyptian vibe with modern rooms. The food was amazing and the view from my room, lobby and rooftop was perfect

Old and run down building

The location is absolutely outstanding. The view was incredible. Nothing can describe how it felt to sit in front of the Sphinx and Great Pyramids enjoying a drink at sunset. It's literally right in front of it. When our Giza tour was over, we finished at the Sphinx and walked less than 3 minutes to the front door of this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive. Actually from all the hotels we stayed at in Egypt, they were the best. We spent quite a lot of time on the rooftop patio and they would come around every 5 minutes to ask if we needed anything. They brought us delicious free cake to try (and then brought more!), they allowed us to drink our own alcoholic drinks (they don't serve alcohol, but it can be brought in -- there is a Drinkies nearby), and the meal we ate there was excellent. We had the Egyptian koshary and 1 meal was big enough for 2 of us. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. I very rarely take photos of my food -- the last time that I can remember was in 2009. This breakfast was so amazing here, I had to photograph it. They offered European or Egyptian. We took Egyptian. We only ordered for 1 person because they bring so much. Even though it was for 1 person, you literally couldn't fit another dish on tha table. There's was such a variety and quantity of delicious food, I couldn't believe it. Easily one of the best breakfasts we've had anywhere, anytime, and DEFINITELY the best we've ever had at this price point for a hotel room... and it was included for free in our room! The room was small but very quiet, the bed was large and very comfortable, and the linens fresh and clean. They even provided snacks in the room like biscuits, chips, water, and pop, and said if we need anything more, we only had to ask. The front desk staff are super friendly. Check out was fast and easy, and they even gave us some parting souvenir gifts. This place and staff are outstanding. Nothing could have been made better.

The location was amazing top notch just opposite of the pyramid sphinx gate, so the view was incredible. The staff were very supportive and always ready to help. There were a lot of rooftop restaurants and shops nearby. Transportation is also ready to use. They can arrange tours also at a very decent price upon your arrival. Upon check out they surprised me with lots of gifts for both of us which was unexpected. They don't ask for tips even if you ask from your end they refused which I liked most. If I come back to Giza I am gonna stay here only. I would highly recommend this small and amazing hotel to everyone. Thanks a lot. If the morning kit and slippers will be provided it would be great. But still we don't bother.

Beautiful view from the balcony area, they offer drinks at not charged , during breakfast was the same they brought fruit , and other goodies free of charge , people work there are very friendly and ready to help with a smile!! Area around the pyramids is very old , I heard there is a protect to demolish that area and make just very expensive hotels with the pyramid view!! So , if you do not want to pay too much for a hotel with a beautiful view , this is the time to stay in Panorama view hotel!! I ll stay there again! Thank you so much !

Million dollar view! The best view/location ever, bang in front of the Wonder of the World! The staff was friendly and helpful and straight up spoiling kids with gifts, food and great service. Expensive but worth the money when you see the view
