Rooms are spacious. It’s very close to Giza pyramids. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful The elevator is a bit hard to deal with. Garbage can was kept right next our door entrance and not cleaned daily. WiFi wasn’t good at all.
-
the room which i booked and paid a little bit more had partly view because the building in fromt of it covers the view bathroom, cleanless
-
Deceiving area is unpleasant and roads are awful . Uber constantly cancels trips
-
The property staff are really friendly and available 24/24h Rooms are clean, food is wonderful and tasty And the most important is the view on the pyramids And one of the cheapest price in the area even if the quality deserves more than that
-
Near pyramid and welcoming staff. The room was poorly maintained — the clothes hanger, bidet, and bed were broken. The bedsheets were never changed, and there was no daily cleaning service. Also Uber doesn’t work in the area.

Roof top terrace is really the only reason that you would want to stay here. Past that, there is a reason why this is only a 1-star rated hotel. The other highlight was the staff and the owner. Very nice and helpful. Great communication with fast responses and they helped us arrange drivers and tours based on what we wanted to see. Location gives you great exposure to daily life in Cairo/Giza with local shops and street food nearby. For Western standards, this falls way below the mark, unfortunately. The hotel occupies the top few floors with rooms that have terraces and phramid views and from what we could see, those looked OK. We had rented the 3 bedroom apartment on the third floor and the experience there was unfortunately very poor. The furniture is dirty and there were a lot of broken things starting with the cabinet and hotpot in the kitchen, water spraying all.over one bathroom from a broken fixture and valves and the master bedroom shower not usable at all since there was no shower hose. The water coming out of the faucet was brown at first, which was also offputting along with the roaches that ran all over the kitchen at night. We also had no hot water the first night since the boiler was turned off. This may be an Egyptian thing that I am not used to, but there were no covers or top sheets on the beds. We ended up using extra towels to cover ourseves at night. Weirdly, we saw one of the regular hotel rooms being cleaned one day and the beds there had covers. The breakfast on the rooftop was OK, but we had an issue there with cleanliness as well. One morning, we returned our utensils 3 times since the forks and knives had dried food on them. Again, great view and great people, but it is very unfortunate that the owner doesn't maintain the place well. At the cost of labor and materials in Egypt, the amount of money we paid for the apartment would have covered the cost of all repairs for probably the whole hotel for several months. The final annoyance was the owner pushing everyone to promise a 10 rating when you leave. Reading all of the other reviews, you can tell that they were not honest or there are fake reviews. As a travel writer and someone that spends about 200 nights in hotels of all types every year, there is no way this place could ever get an honest 10 or even 8 or 9 rating. It simply does not meet those standards.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was very good for a stay. Breakfast was awesome every morning.

The view is amazing, you can take a taxi to go either to the pyramids or grand museum. The internet connection is good if you need to work remotely. They gave us a free taxi from the airport to the hotel and have us a juice as welcome. The room needed some maintenance, for the price I think they should offer more. There is only one option in the menu for the dinner. The breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options. They didn’t provide a free water.

Friendly staff, who upgraded my room for free. Clean and comfortable room. Amazing view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Good traditional breakfast.

Location was good it was close to the museum and pyramids. The view from the room and the terrace was breathtaking. It was quiet and we had a good peaceful sleep every night. The staff was very mindful and helpful in everyway. Their breakfast was the highlight, fresh and served with a lot of love and care. There were no unexpected surprises.
