The Breakfast was awesome and i looked forward to having breakfast every morning. Most of the times I left the hotel very early in the morning for tours, they had my breakfast packaged nicely in a take out bag with some fruits and yoghurt. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The environment and the lift leading to the hotel was kind of scary but once i got into the hotel i got more relaxed. I think its environs is secure and you have nothing to worry about.

The surroundings, to much noise, too much going on and is at some point overwhelming

The view is unmatched. The staff go above & beyond to accommodate you with whatever you need. Ahmed at the front desk was authentically friendly & super helpful with any request. The room was small/tight.

The staff at Khan Duidar Inn go above and beyond in every possible way. Communication before and during the stay was excellent, and the courtesy and care shown by the team were simply outstanding. The inn is well-situated: within view of the pyramids yet with relative ease of access to Cairo’s museums, Coptic sites, and even more modern landmarks like Café Riche. At times I found myself asking, “Is it possible to receive too much care?” A warm and professional place to stay that made Cairo feel both exciting and welcoming. looking forward to when they complete the downstairs construction.

Everyone was so nice and thoughtful. I travel has a solo female and it really was so confortable to stay there. The staff and manager would help you and give you the best recommendations. In the last day my flight was early so I wouldn’t be able to do the breakfast, so they prepare it for me at 6am to take with me. Thank you, i really recommend this place.

Amazing and friendly staff, always helped us when we needed assistance. We will definitely be back. We were very well taken care of over here. I loved everything and nothing bad to say.

Everything! The hotel was super clean, the staff super helpful. Anything I needed they could do everything to make it possible. Also the staff had problem-solving skills. We had an experience in Egypt with scammers and they helped us with getting a refund even it was not their responsibility!! If one day I will visit egypt again I will definitely stay here again! The internet was sometimes slow but it was not a big issue as I also had a 3G. The street where it is located is little bit dangerous but there is always a staff downstairs so it was safe and the road definitely need to be renewed. Also the breakfast has more local food instead of European but if you want to experience the local food then it's fine! So in general it's not a big issue.

Travelled here with two of my friends and we all agreed it is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! The views to the pyramids are amazing. Rooms are very comfy, clean and quiet. Breakfast is great but the best part of the hotel is the staff. We’ve never experienced a welcome like it, they look after you so well, will organise anything you need and are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Here’s a refined version of your review with improved grammar, structure, and flow: ⸻ The hospitality at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. A special shoutout to Islam, the front desk team, and the bellboy—these guys were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Islam made us feel truly looked after. We were greeted with welcome drinks, and every time he saw us, he made sure we were enjoying our stay. We had multiple deliveries sent to the hotel, and Islam personally arranged for the drivers to bring everything up to our room. His level of customer service is second to none—truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. He even arranged a 2 AM breakfast for us before our airport transfer. That kind of attention to detail is rare. The room was spotless, and the view was unbeatable. While the entrance to the hotel might feel a bit awkward at first, I would 100% return with my family, purely because of the incredible hospitality.

Great base for visiting the pyramids and also Cairo city. Staff only too happy to help. Rooftop view was fab. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. As a vegetarian, breakfast was a little limited but the yoghurt and fruit were nice. The omelettes were a little on the small side. Netflix in our room didn’t work as the TV wasn’t hooked up to the internet. Wasn’t a big enough issue to let the hotel know though.

The view of the pyramids on the terrace is very nice, and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable for our family (two adults and two kids). The hotel entrance is on a secondary road that was a bit hidden to find at night the first time, and the hotel reception is on the last floor of the building, so you need to take the elevator when you arrive at the address to find the reception.
