Had a wonderful stay and especially I’d like to thank Youssef and Salah they were very welcoming , kind and always there
-
Great experience and very nice hotel with amazing view of the pyramids I loved everything about the hotel, location, food, pool, views, and the staff were very friendly
-
Great spot near the pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. Strong air conditioner, WiFi and comfortable beds.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent from the very beginning. The airport pickup was well organized and made our arrival in Cairo completely stress-free. The hotel team also arranged a wonderful city tour, which was a great way to explore some of Egypt’s most fascinating attractions with ease. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the staff were always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming throughout our stay. Waking up to the view of the pyramids and enjoying breakfast with such an incredible backdrop was truly special.

The room is clean and well-equipped, and the bed is the perfect size. The rooftop with the view and the pool is great. The people are so kind and happy. They are the best I've met in Egypt so far. The reception supported us before we landed. Sent a driver to the airport, helped us with booking and extra activities. Mr Ambakr - made our breakfast every morning and coffee every evening - is magical, one of his kind.

I messaged the hotel if I can get early check in because my flight arrived at 5am. So they messaged me back saying “ok”. And then during the check in, they charged me additional 10USD. Also, wifi wasn’t working inside our rooms so we have to use our data. Breakfast starts at 8am, I hope it’s earlier than that.

1. Location (with pyramid view from terrace) 1. I asked for 2 bedroom suite. I was given two individual bedrooms that too I had to wait for 2 hours in midnight (I booked room for previous day to check in comfortably) 2. Heater in AC is not working efficiently in room 201. 3. Cabinet draws (pull out draws once you enter room) were not closing. Even if you close they are opening in room 201 4. Fridge not working 5. Room not cleaned unless you tell (especially refilling milk powder/coffee powder/water bottles/floor towel). 6. Not provided iron box even after requesting 7. Saw used plates/cups in corridor (not removed even after 24 hours) 8. Stayed for 4 days. Bed sheets not changed 9. Shower door not closing 10. Very bad WiFi/internet. It never worked. 11. new year party was not as expected. Just provided little choices of dinner with some music and few balloons.. not really like a new year bash.

The property was lovely It was not close to shops or banks

Staff was very friendly. Very nice young men. Wifi sucked. Spent 5 days there and first 4 days wifi worked maybe 3 hours a day. Used up all my international data plan. Last day and a half wifi worked all day. Wifi. Pool is extra large size jacuzzi. 1 mile walk to stores and restrants. Better download indrive app..better than uber!

Perfect stay at Cairo with a nice view of the Pyramids from the rooftop. Abdelkarim welcomed us early as our flight arrived before the check-in time, and we had a quick breakfast. The room was clean and big, with all the necessary things and good air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and responsive, all of them — from the receptionist, bellboy, waiter, to the chef. The chef prepared very delicious dishes at a reasonable price, with a variety of options. The location is near the Pyramids (a quick car ride) and perfect for people who want to avoid noise and traffic. It’s far from the center, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. There are grocery stores about a 5-minute walk away. The pool is open at all hours, which allows you to refresh yourself during the hot nights of Cairo. Will definitely stay here again if we come to Cairo. Can’t thank the staff enough. <3 Nothing.. Very good value for the money

I don’t really have any bad thing to say about this hotel
-
Room is beautiful Long wait for foods at restaurant and TV is doesnt work. And food menu no have all.
-
The hotel is clean and the stuff is very helpful. The rooftop view is stunning, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious. Location. Unfortunately, there is nothing around the hotel (like shops, restaurants).
-
Breakfast was great, well presented and plenty of food. Also a good view of the pyramids from the swimming pool. Osama also helped us with a tour in Cairo on our last day.
-
Amazing view from the rooftop, very good breakfast, clean room Doors to our room could be barely opened, because the floor was uneven. We had a problem with heating because air conditioner was broken so it was very cold in our room. Location of the hotel is also not the best. No shops, cafes or restaurants are availae nearby, so you have to rely on the taxis. Internet didn’t work properly (it worked only first few hours, later not and it caused me problems).

For a short stay this hotel offers excellent value for money. The only minus is the area. Here is absolutely nothing, so you are stuck in the hotel. No retsaurants, no shops etc. But surely we would stay here again if only for one or two nights. Heres i a wonderfull rooftop with the view to the pyramids, very clean, and very very nice brakfast. The hotel arrange excursions and airport transfers at very competitive rates with short notice. The staff is over the target, helpfull and extremely friendly. We booked a room with the balcony and we really had a wonderful time here. But more than two night (if not having the days full of sightseing) would be to much. We can only recommend this hotel.. The area - absolutely nothing to do.

Mohommed Abkreem and the driver Sayed did an excellent job in keeping us comfortable and safe. The pyramid views from the top floor with the pool and restaurant was beautiful. I appreciated the honesty from the hotel staff. We had previously booked an hotel of the booking.com website and the photos from the website vs reality was totally different. We were shocked when we checked in .My wife and I didn't sleep at all and waited the next morning to leave.Mohommed from Sofia Pyramids arranged for us to Check in early at 10 am and arranged us a beautiful egyptian breakfast. He really went out of his way after our ordeal . Also the hotel is based in a queit road away from all the traffic noises of Giza.So we slept peacefully. Thank You Mohommed and Sayed ?

The breakfast is so good There are mosquitoes and there’s no hair dryer
