Room with pyramid view had "electrical problems" so another room without balcony was given with only small window towards pyramids

Mahmoud was attentive

New hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. At least the 203 where we stayed could easily match any hotel room priced double of this. Hughe windows facing the sunset and the pyramids. Little narrow balcony to sit out if you want, but there is a bigger rooftop too. The only backdraw as pretty much everyhere here is the streetnoise, but the windows sealing most of the noise out so we could sleep well. Staff Mahmoud and Omar was so helpful that many breand name hotel could learn from them. Street noise, but it was bearable

The location is very good

Pros: clean and comfortable room, with nice view of the pyramids. Cons: The price they charged me when i arrived was more than the price on my booking by about 2000 junay. (I didn't realize until after) They advertised that they have a spa and sauna but this is a lie, they told us the sauna is in a different hotel about 10 minutes away by taxi. The TV doesn't work and the wifi signal is too weak in the room. The breakfast consisted of old rotten fruit, stale bread, and over cooked egg, a yogurt and honey.

There is no point staying this close to the pyramids, you're still going to take a car or tour. The water didn't work in the bathroom and they didn't seem to care. The prices in the restaurant are way too high.

Property is nice. Owner is courteous, friendly and very accommodating. Property is about 15 minutes to the pyramids. it was a bit noisy at night.

Breakfast was decent, however the staff did not speak English and so communicating was a bit challenging. But they were quite helpful and always served with a smile! :-) The internet connection needed a bit of fixing and still the speed was relatively slow and intermittent disruptions. The room was comfortable but with amenities that can be classified as basic.

Mohamed Fouad, helped plan our tours to the Pyramids, the Nile Cruise and the Great Egyptian Museum! He also introduced us to the coolest guide, Hisham Gabry, his tour of the Pyramids was very educational and fun, Hisham knew everybody and everybody knew him! Aamaa, took us to see the Cairo Tower and shopping! Aamaa, very, very kind and attentive to us, thanks! The kitchen staff made the best breakfast and mint lemon drinks! we had a wonderful time!

The room is maybe the nicest room I've ever stayed in and great value for money. It was quite luxurious in my opinion, with an incredible view of the pyramids. The room had a sofa and big TV, and a desk and chair which was great for doing my work. WiFi was quite strong but would switch off regularly. The breakfast was amazing, such a big feast every morning and impressive for the price. The staff were so hospitable and friendly and would go out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Coffee in the room, a fridge, kettle, really just amazing value for money. I've moved to another hotel in Cairo and it's not expensive and nowhere near as good as Pyramid Tower Inn, pyramid tower inn is the best value for money I've found in Egypt. The guy at the restaurant upstairs gets beers if you want, kitchen is open almost all day with good quality food. They even can bring some meals or drinks to your room. I would definitely recommend staying here. Just remember it's $30 a night, and you'll see this is great value for what you get. There was an issue when i arrived - the booking.com page says there is a fitness centre and has a picture of a gym. However the gym is about a 15-20 minute walk away and costs 300 to use once. It is not part of the hotel, so I was quite annoyed when I came to reception and asked where the gym was and found that out. However, to make up for their error, the staff took me to the gym in a tuktuk and even paid for entry that first day. Just be aware there is NOT a gym at the hotel. It's not a big issue, but if you choose this hotel for the gym you'll be disappointed

Very helpful staff, they were at our disposal for everything. If we had any request, it was fulfilled immediately. I can only recommend it to everyone who wants a good hotel near the pyramids.

Staff could not have been better. Location is excellent and tours run were brilliant. It’s not the Ritz but a lovely hotel with a family run feel.

The staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean. Everything functioned well except for the TV. The internet was great, as was the breakfast. Best tasting felafel in Giza! The TV didn't really work...
