Aberdeen The location of the hotel is very good. Minutes walk from amenities in city centre I loved everything about the Moxy, The facilities were great, the room was clean and tidy, towels were great and the bed was very comfortable A fabulous breakfast The staff were brilliant, pleasant and helpful There was nothing I didn't like

I’ve stayed in several moxys now and I like the warm welcome, comfortable bed and relaxed vibe It would be nice to have complimentary water in the room

Location was really central to merchant city, The foyer was fun, lots of seating. The staff were absolutely amazing, helping to fix issue and accommodate the queries. The tv wasn’t working

The bed was very comfortable & the hotel was very quiet at night. I appreciate that there is a loyalty scheme within the Moxy group,I wasn't a member of the marriot group so when we arrived our room wasn't ready but was told that if I had of been a member it would have been....also guests checking in before us were given a Tunnocks caramel log...I was expecting the same treatment but wasn't offered any....very disappointing
