I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast even though there was a fee but it was discounted because of the stay. The only negative was not due to the hotel but Hotels.com. I paid extra for breakfast for 2 when booking but it didn’t show up at the hotel as paid. So beware when booking. Other than that everything was wonderful.

I enjoyed the easy check in I really have to give recognition to emi for all her help and the restaurant was truly wonderful friendly staff and overall an excellent hospitality The only thing I have to say about the property is the pool and hot tub they looked like they were not cleaned in a while especially the hot tub

My family didn’t really like breakfast. Also our toilet seat pinched my daughters thigh when ser got off it!

Only issue was we were unable to stream from our laptop to the tv. The clerk on duty did her best but couldn't fix the issue. We were tired and didn't want to wait for additional help

Said that because I used a third party to put my room they could not refund my money and I was unable to use my virtual credit card as a deposit and they wouldn't take cash. Everywhere I Go they always complain about me using a third party to book. I thought you were in business together so I don't understand why they always look down on you when you book with a third party

Friendly staff. Very clean room and common spaces. I did not like that the bar restaurant seem to close early, but overall the stay was outstanding. Comfortable bed, spacious room very convenient location.
