It was very clean and the staff were nice. They took care of your needs with a smile

Charge total of $1400 for 3-night stay. Water was $4 dollars at lobby, none in room. Never ever stay at another Hyatt.

Third time staying at this location! The only place I book with! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean the bathroom is really clean. Parking is a breeze also. The breakfast there is awesome I can’t say enough good things about this place!

It would be useful to have a guest laundry room available at the hotel (not a near by laundromat)

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were wonderful. Fee parking seemed unnecessary.

Generally a fan. But really - Father’s Day weekend - traditional US Open weekend - and the hotel’s TV service did not include any local broadcast stations. Shut out. Inquired at the desk and was informed that there is a dispute with the service provider and there was nothing they could do. Stayed the same for the entire stay.

Room was great. Breakfast could be better. Definitely need a restaurant for evening meals.

Very easy check in and out. We checked in at 10pm and the staff member was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Staff, breakfast, housekeeping all very good. HoWEVER, we were very dissatisfied with the inability to stream TV programs, like World Cup soccer, because of the hotel "Casting" system one must sign into on one's own device to connect to tv. "Casting" discriminates against the standard streaming packages, like Netflix's with commercials, and will not connect to "Casting." (Small print when googling Casting's help info.) Wasted most of a morning with a meaning-to-be-helpful staff member attempting to connect us. The "Casting"website also has directions to change multiple setting on one's device in order to connect, which to a not so tech savvy individual is frustrating. Also, the hotel did not notify us of the repaving they were doing to the front entry area and how to redirect through the parking lot. One day we simply walked out the door to dirt and dust flying, and workmen and machinery blocking the main entry driveway and walk thru to parking; then later to black top smell, machinery, and debris blocking the main entry/exit of the parking lot. Otherwise, early check in was offered when we arrived to drop luggage off, and staff were all friendly and accommodating. Cleaning could have been a little more thorough... heavy dust on TV credenza, tea/coffee/cups restocked more neatly, pile of dirty towels and trash bag not left outside our door in hallway several hours during the day.

For this hotel being so expensive, I was definitely disappointed that there were not microwaves in the rooms. They have one in the lobby that was very dirty, and it was not one that had a rotating plate. The toilet paper sucked, fridge did not get very cold. I was also disappointed that they charged $100 as a hold, and 2 separate transactions on my card for parking alone. One was for $1, and seconds later they pulled another transaction of $16.99 for it.

The property was on par for the brand and the rooms were nice and clean. The only blemish was repaving of the asphalt in front of the entrance and some of the parking lot which made loading and unloading inconvenient for older guests.

Clean room, satisfactory breakfast and great staff.
