the place appeared to be abandoned! had to find other accomodations on a saturday night!

Better matters. Bed was broken. Power went on last day off, was not compensated for it.

The hotel was permanently closed when we arrived. Never received notice to rebook another hotel.

All of the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. The hotel is in transition. It was dirty. House cleaning does not have the equipment they need to properly transport dirty linenes and refill. SHeets were in piles in the hallways, electrical equiptment, :TV's etc. were in a large pile in the hall outside my room. My sheets and room were dirty, hair, stains on sheets, etc.. There was trash in the rooma and the halls. It was bad. I did not stay there. I simply left my key at the fron desk and left. There was no point in saying anything, as it would not have made a difference for my 1 night stay,

The room was the dirtiest I've ever been in : fingerprints on everything; phone was dirty; carpet had marks. No hot tub, no pool. Parking was okay because so few people were there. Worst experience ever.

Clean, but the men bathroom by the check in one of the urinals did not work, it would not flush and it was continually being used. It was a Terribly stink coming from the men bathroom all on the outside. I reported it to check-in, in my two day stay, they never fixed it. Want be staying there anymore.

Close and convenient Swimming pool was not open if I would’ve known that I wouldn’t have stayed there.

There was an electrical outage and for some reason they couldn’t give us rooms. I also couldn’t get a refund for some reason even though having the protection plan from expedia.

ice machine was broke, pool wasn't available, garbage sitting in the halls, room smelled like weed.

Stayed in a room that the water didn't go down the drain in the bath tub or sink and the pool was empty. Outside was un kept.

I like that the front office staff was very welcoming and polite. I also like that when I did express a concern or complaint they did their best to try and resolve the problem I didn’t like that the first room we went to the door did not lock all the way. That’s a huge safety concern for me. And the hotel rooms were not clean the best. In the first room I was in the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while and the bathtub looked dirty. The second room was even worse than the first. The second room has hair up on the walls and calling from someone blow drying their hair. The bathroom mirror didn’t look like It was wiped down. The floors has not been vacuumed properly.

Missing light shades, missing lights, outdated needs some definate sprucing up.

The room was not clear. Animal hair everywhere. The refrigerator was dirty. No tissue, no towels. Was not please. Could not get linnon for soda bed.
