Everything was great. I always enjoy staying there when we have dance competitions. Well, I did have to let the front desk know that housekeeping forgot to take the trash from underneath the little kitchenette but other than that everything was fantastic

We'll be back!

Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant.

Clean room, nice breakfast, roomy suite.

Staff needs to be more helpful, especially after I reported something is not working in my room. It should not be that "it should work, it is weird it does not work", and no follow-up.

They include breakfast, which is nice. My room was spacious. The staff were helpful. The only negative was that the rooms are not ready until 4:00, but you can store your luggage. You can walk or take a rideshare 1.2 miles into town and get something to eat. I would stay there again.

This left us spending much more money on transportation than expected and walking a lot more carrying a toddler than we planned for . What was meant to be a restful weekend away turned into navigating trains buses and private cars that had car seat options. If you’re booking here because it’s “family friendly” then don’t.

Great location and breakfast. Kitchenette meant we saved$ not going out. Room was listed as being fully handicap accessible with a walk in shower, but in a 2br/2ba suite both were tubs. Would have picked a cheaper option had I known in advance. Even messaged the property to be sure in advance but got no reply. Carpet needs cleaning in room.

As a family of 6! We love this hotel!

My room was clean and quiet. They only clean the room once a week, but that didn’t bother me. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. I’d definitely stay here again.

Honestly the stay was amazing . It’s not the most up to date hotel , but dammit it’s a great place to stay . I’m a vegetarian and they have plant based options . In a great area , right on side of a shopping center .
