Dirty and old property, staff seemed to overworked so they were all extremely rude.

Leaving. Dirty room. Unflushed WC on arrival. Toilet paper strewn on floor on arrival Bare phone cables. Door Safety latch broken. Shaving mirror in bathroom broken. Fridge broken, told this after signing in. Room safe not working. Promised change of room not forthcoming. Scratching after first night. Breakfast poor overall.

I stayed at the 5th floor, there corridors need some maintenance (paint and small ceiling repairs). There was no hot water during the evening, it was working by the morning. Hair dryer didn’t work either. Bathroom needs a small repair in the ceiling.

Rooms need to remodeled, remove carpets for a different kind of floor and air conditioners are old

We got a large room for four people (my husband, me and my kids), with a nice desk and a wide bathroom. The pressure of the water flow in the shower was absolutely perfect. Mattresses were not too hard. The valets, reception and the majority of the waiters are very professional and nice. The cleaning service is also 10 out of 10! The food was delicious. Great variety of fruits (watermelon, papaya, orange, melon, banana, etc) and beverages for breakfast (ex: coconut water, fresh orange juice, yogurt, different kinds of coffee, hot milk, iced whole milk, and so on.) I missed a "place" for the clients to warm up the leftovers. We stayed there for 4 days. Sometimes we'd bring some leftovers and wouldn't be able to eat them later or on the next days. One of the employees at the bar didn't like us asking her to warm up a piece of pizza. She said that it was not her responsibility to do that. We weren't suggesting that she had to, but asking nicely as a favor. She could've dealt with our request in a different way. Therefore, it would be nice to have a microwave available for the clients in a common area. About the air conditioner, we couldn't change the temperature. Maybe it was something related to our room specifically, but we'd deal with it by turning it off when it was freezing. In this room, the air vents were directed straight to the head of the main bed. There's always something that can be improved, and here are some of them. It's good to know so future clients can get better experiences, but I understand that sometimes there're a lot on our plates. I'm still very satisfied with the service that I paid for.

Location due my meetings. It was cold nothing to cover on bed, we request and they just brought a sheet to cover, my wife complain about could night.

The location is excellent. The dinning room staff was nice. Breakfast was great. Nice comfortable beds. The receptionists were not optimal. They were not welcoming or smiling or gave us enough information about hotel related schedules. We also had a fat and big cockroache in our room, which was not popular with us.
