The price was right for what I wanted to pay. Even though I had other choices. The attitude of some employees. After breakfast, I requested for one hour late check out because I was doing some work and I needed a little more time, but it was flatly denied. And, when I did not show up at the front desk exactly at 12:00 PM, they started to call me and someone was already coming to harass me; I caught her in the elevator as I was going down. She didn’t say anything, but I knew the reason why she came up. She escorted me to the front desk.

Location to where I needed to be was good. The bed was gross. Mattress was super old and already sinking. The linen was discussing, old and full with holes on it. It was so old that isn’t was white anymore, it was dirty yellow like. Floor was with hairs and bathroom as well. The toilet I could see it wasn’t cleaned properly. The AC only worked at 24C and it couldn’t adjust it. Only worked using the card on the wall, the remote control didn’t work. I’ll never stay there again.

The location They don’t have Wi-Fi. And old towels. And the handheld bidet was broken.

Very attentive and helpful staff, old but clean! The shower didn’t have hot water and the drain was blocked

I stayed four nights in the hotel but didn’t have internet available at any time . I complained many times but for some reason, it was never fixed. It was a frustrating experience -;(

Spacious room as I reserved the junior suite, not sure about ordinary rooms. NO WIFI connection in the room, a disaster for anyone who would stay there for work. The staff was not very helpful. Breakfast was poor - wide range but, for instance, everything that should be served hot (such as scrambled eggs ) was cold. Air-conditioner was not efficient (mind you, it was a very, very hot day). The location is bad, scary to walk one block after dark. No restaurants in the neighbourhood - even at lunch time. The hotel only serves food in the bedroom (except for breakfast
