Close to the us station. Very good buffet breakfast The window was painted black so I had to open it to get some light while running the AC to cool down the temperature. There's market on the streets adjacent to the hotel so from 5:30am it is very noisy.

My poor parents (80 yo) were not allowed to go in to their PAID room. The recepcionist didn't even try to search for their reservation. He mistreted him, and he looked like under drugs or just extremely ignorant.

Nothing. They did not even try to find my elderly parents payment. They made 2 people of 80 years old to leave without even searching for the payment. Be aware of a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Absolutely AWFUL experience!!! They could not find my payment, were extremely RUDE, then my elderly parents had to leave the place to go to another hotel. The worst experience ever!!!! I paid, but they were not allowed to check in. They didn't even search for their names. I cannot believe how this place, w a manager that didn't even gave his own name. He didn't want to identify himself. He just told them: There is no reservation payments. You need to leave or pay. I'm extremely upset, because I paid for them just to rest for few hours while in transit from the airport to the bus station. DON'T YOU DARE TO GO THERE. There is no reception either. Horrible place. The pictures and reviews are deceiving.
