Location There wasn’t internet even though I complained about since the very first day. I had to use my phone as a router to do my online meeting which used all my internet data. I’m really not satisfied about it because I paid for a service that wasn’t available.

We stayed in several hotels during our last visit to Brazil and our stay at your hotel was the best experience among the others because of your staff. Particularly, Robert Oliveira Pereira da Costa and Denilson. They were professional and friendly. I also witnessed how bad some customers are. These group of ladies showed up with a reservation for two women but four showed up. They spoke badly about the rate and the hotel without even trying. Robert asked to see her identification and she gave him an ear full then I stepped in and said: “without identification you are putting us all in danger. Unless, you have problems or is trying to intimidate the attendant. Regardless, if you don’t show identification I will call the police.” She looked at me like I was crazy and I told her to be at least courteous because money talks but better customers can pay and don’t create unnecessary drama, intimidating a worker doing his job. We liked our stay because of your staff, the value is fair according to the amenities and thank you kindly. Location and room rates. I would have paid more because your property doesn’t pretend to be what you are not.

Very Central I have a problem with my booking, as they said my card was refused. Same card as I used for everything and always. The have cancelled one day of my booking. My friends have same problems and one of then have hi's details card cloned . After spoke at reception they said was booking problems. Never come back. Not recommended. Never.

Amazing buffet breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area and room very bright and spacious (6th floor). The cover of my toilet was broken. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Their "dynamic" rates didn't allow me to stay longer at the price I payed with my first booking.
