The staff seemed very inexperienced. It was difficult to communicate because they had limited English skills, and they also appeared to lack customer service experience.

Cleanliness and proximity to the beach. Little communication barrier. Bit its managble.

The room and bathroom was a bit dirty. The noise from the downstairs and hallway can be heard in the room.

Location of the property Staff attitude, bathrooms are ultra small. My bathroom locked stopped functioning and I was locked in the bathroom. The rooms were damp.

It’s near the see, they have the own beach It was written here on booking check out time is 11.00. But the person on the front desk said we had to leave the room at 9.00. It was funny to me because that’s the first time I hear something like that. If you do that so put that info here on booking. There is poor breakfast, nothing special so it’s not reasonable to have breakfast here because it’s a lot of good places around to eat with really affordable prices. Receptionists and restaurant team did their best to get 3 out of 10 but just because the location you got 5.

The breakfast option was good. Location was great with easy access to the beach and many sunbeds. So many restaurants also the coastline as well

very friendly and helpful personel, the hotel has their own beach and you don't have to pay for deckchairs, there is also swimmingpool. Inside there could be more modernise, some furnitures should be replaced, but besides that we are very happy.

Right on the beach, simple buffet-style breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner Dirty, stains on the sheets, empty bottles left in the room from previous guests, extremely uncomfortable bed, bathroom floods the room when using the shower, poor quality food

The hotel deserves a good rating, the staff tries very hard, everything is clean and tasty. The hotel manager, Tony, was very professional and able to resolve any issues. We will definitely come back. The location is good, the beach is clean, umbrellas and sunbeds are free. There was nothing to write about.
