Very friendly and helpful staff , very decent room Rooms need thicker blinds

I felt that the location was a bit challenging - hard to get around easily since you always need a cab. But hotel staff is helpful and could grab one easily.

Great spot wonderful breakfast

Stayed here for a week and honestly it exceeded expectations on every front. Small boutique hotel right on the water in Göltürkbükü, private beach, clear sea, well-kept rooms. The staff are the real differentiator. Genuinely attentive, they read what you need without you having to ask twice. Food was excellent, breakfast included, and the beach bar in the evenings is a proper setting for dinner by the sea. It’s not a large hotel which is exactly the point. You’re not processed through a system, you’re actually looked after. Nothing, it was genuinely great.

Location and the beach front are outstanding. Staff is very friendly. I enjoy the food at the restaurant. The room gets cleaned daily.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything we ate at the restaurant was delicious. The bar has a wide range of options. The cleanliness is sufficient. The beach is clean and the sea is clear. The hotel is clean but definitely needs some maintenance. The bathrooms and other neglected areas are noticeable. The restaurant is delicious but the options are limited between meals. For example, you can't have pizza for dinner because the oven is closed. The sea is beautiful but it was quite windy when we visited. It can be seasonal. The Wi-Fi signal quality is unstable in some areas of the hotel.

The staffs were very welcoming and always ready to assist.

Beautiful location, gorgeous weather. The hotel was ideal, the staff were friendly and they really tried their best to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel is actually better than we expected. We were told it is a budget hotel in comparison to others but, actually, it had everything we needed, we didn't go without. The sea was beautiful, the views were beautiful. Excellent relaxing weekend, great getaway! Slightly overpriced, not much to do within the area without getting a taxi but thats not the hotels fault. However, we weren't there for long and we had plans most of the weekend, so there was no need for much else but a long weekend is the right amount of time. Taxi to Bodrum centre is about 30mins for less than £20 so if you are willing to get taxis then you'll be fine.

Exceptional

The hotel management was very respectful, especially Mr. Berk, Mr. Bora and Mrs. Ayten. The location is very nice, the food was delicious. I will stay at this hotel again when I come to Bodrum next time. The rooms are big, only sometimes they smell of humidity, other than that everything is perfect

Banana Hotel is in a fantastic location! It is right on the beach. The vibe was awesome, having music, beautiful setting and lovely staff. The staff loved our little one, Mia, and made our stay all the more enjoyable!

Calm, Clean, Kind ...

Perfect stay for comfortable holidays!

The staff were so nice and friendly, the rooms are small but clean and well equipment. But keep in your mind that they don’t have iron and ironing table. The breakfast was really nice. You should be careful when you want to pay during the check out, control any extra charge or the extra foods or drinks. When they told us how much we should pay, we asked for the cost details and we saw it was half of what they told us at the beginning, although they said that made a mistake.

It was my first time in Bodrum and I got recommended the Golturkbuku area (by a friend of mine who is Turkish and a Bodrum regular) as one of the best areas in Bodrum for nice beaches and great views. I chose Babana Hotel as I read that it is on the beach front, has a private beach with sunbeds that are free for hotel guests, with breakfast included (a really nice traditional breakfast with local breads, scrambled eggs, fruits, Turkish tea, etc.), and it got very high reviews and a lot of happy visitors. I was travelling for a few days only and I was looking for a hotel that is convenient for me and I can have a good rest. I was looking to spent time on the beach and visit some of the nice bars/restaurants in the area so the locaton was perfect for me. When I made the reservation via Booking.com, Berg got in touch and he was very attentive and helpful, he replied immediately to all my questions in English, was very kind and accommodating. Reception at the hotel is open 24h which is quite convenient if you need help booking a taxi late, etc. It happened so that my flight got cancelled and I got rebooked later so Berg helped me extend my stay in a very short notice. Everyone at the hotel was really nice and helpful, I absolutely enjoyed my stay and I am impressed by the hospitality of the people! Definitely coming back!

Great location and amazing staff.

Staff was very friendly- outside of the hotel ground was a little sketchy, but once your inside the hotel is very nice

Rooms were cleaned, lovely bathroom. Staff were great, breakfast was so nice. The beach front is insane, gorgeous sea, the cabanas were also nice for eating lunch. Food for lunch and dinner was also really good.

Great Breakfast! Lovely spread, olives, home made jams, breads, a turkish special gozleme/pastry, eggs made to choice, cold cuts, salad,,, coffee..couldnt ask for more! Everything was pretty great actually.
